I ordered a deep dish pizza online and it arrived burnt. I couldn't even eat it. When I called they just told me it had to go through the oven twice. That's it. My brother's worked in various pizza places for years. They just didn't pay attention and over cooked it. I loved their deep dish pizza, but I don't think I will be ordering from them again. Both the person who answered the phone and the manager were rude.

Horrible, very bad, tasted burnt, 0/10 expierence with employee. Giving attitude when i returned a Pizza that was not even pizza but looked like Coal, it was black NOT well done. I ordered a couple of weeks ago the same pizza and it tasted Amazing. Until today I got the same exact order and it was HORRIBLE. Everyone was kind and understanding but one of the employees was getting very mad. Anyway we had to return the pizza and they redid it and it was not the best but at least it was not burnt.

got a Detroit style howie maui and 3 cheeser howie bread.Bread was good but that pizza was soggy gross I think they forgot to put sauce on the pizza and just threw it on top

I do not recommend this place. Ordered a medium pizza and cinnamon bread with icing. 40 min wait for delivery . Waited an hour and a half . Paid almost double the cost of the food because of delivery charge and tip and didn’t get my icing for the bread 👍

Terrible! Ordered 2 xl parmasean crusts pizzas. Got it wrong so they delivered 2 more still got it wrong and sent the same pizzas! Went bk the next day not eating any of it and management said he wasn't going to reduce it because he already did and that the crust was right when we brought the 2 pizzas in. Terrible management and service don't recommend.

Ordered hungry Howies had it delivered to the hotel where my wife and I are staying. We both ordered a calzone. Food is amazing delivery driver was very friendly. And we got our food in a timely fashion. I would add a photo of the food, but I’m too busy stuffing my face writing this review.
