Just another chain with poor service issues. The cashier would hardly let me finish a sentence before interrupting me and acting annoyed with my very presence. One of the guys on the line making the sandwich was gratefully helpful as I was tempted to just leave. It was almost as if older folk (I'm 52) were not welcome. I won't go there again. Plus the urban music was excessively loud. I should have gone across the street to Ponderosa.

Typically messes up orders, difficult to get things right in the end. Good food when they get it right but everytime I order a sandwich with NO Mayonnaise we get a slab of it. Maybe itâs too busy but if so letâs not beat around the bush when we call to fix a mistake. We pay for what we order so please make it correctly the first try, not all of us are trying to get free food.

A Beach Club has avocado spread on it. Mine didnât have any on mine so I called them and asked for them to remake it, considering avocado spread costs extra. Took 3 times of talkin to someone to explain my problem with the sub they gave me over the phone. I made it AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE that I wanted the avocado spread they guaranteed me on my BEACH CLUB. Offer to show them how my sub was missing the avocado spread when I came back for my âcorrectâ sub. They didnât care. At all. They still DIDNâT put any avocado spread on my remade sub. These people didnât care to listen to me. Why the heck would I pay for a beach club sub if I wanted a turkey tom? I wouldnât. Cuz it costs extra. I literally tried to show them the sub they made wrong to end any kind of confusion and they shrugged it off. Mind you, this is the 2nd time Iâve had this same issue with this location in the last couple of months. Like 2 out my 3 orders in the past 6 months was this issue. They read my exact order back to me over the phone and still didnât make the order correctly and was rude about it. Come on. *side note. The guy I spoke with wasnât rude to me, it was a chick with bleached short hair that was rude and manager just acted clueless.

I used to order almost every day I worked but they stopped putting mayo on my BLT. I even started requesting extra mayo, still get none on it. After this happening 4 times I just gave up on getting food from them because I don't want a dry BLT lol. It's such a bummer too, I really loved their subs.

Got a lulu club because I got one in Angola and it was killer! Went to this Jimmy John's and nothing like Angolas. Bacon was slim and not done didn't taste smoked! Not much maynaise either. Wasnt very good so another restraunt we have to go to Angola to get the best one!! Not worth the money. The one making the sandwiches very unfriendly didn't look like they were very excited about their job maybe look else where!

This is our go-to stop on our travel between Michigan and Indiana. I always applaud the cleanliness and staff. If I had only one piece of constructive feedback, it would be to add a changing table to the restrooms. As a parent of two little ones, this has been our only beef for the last 4 years.
