I used to order almost every day I worked but they stopped putting mayo on my BLT. I even started requesting extra mayo, still get none on it. After this happening 4 times I just gave up on getting food from them because I don't want a dry BLT lol. It's such a bummer too, I really loved their subs.

Got a lulu club because I got one in Angola and it was killer! Went to this Jimmy John's and nothing like Angolas. Bacon was slim and not done didn't taste smoked! Not much maynaise either. Wasnt very good so another restraunt we have to go to Angola to get the best one!! Not worth the money. The one making the sandwiches very unfriendly didn't look like they were very excited about their job maybe look else where!

This is our go-to stop on our travel between Michigan and Indiana. I always applaud the cleanliness and staff. If I had only one piece of constructive feedback, it would be to add a changing table to the restrooms. As a parent of two little ones, this has been our only beef for the last 4 years.

Wish I could rate it 0 stars. 2nd time ordering turkey sandwich, and had to search for the turkey, I took a picture but can't post it. I called and spoke with a manager and they said I'd have to pay for extra turkey. I won't be back. Seriously the amount of meat they give you is rediculous.

On 6/24 we ordered from Jimmy Jonn’s to be delivered at 5:30 pm but by around 6pm when we didn’t get our order we called and we told the order was never received so today June 30 th 6 days later at 7 pm I walked out my front door to find a delivery from Jimmy John’s from today June 30 th at 5:30 . Even if you walked the 3 or 4 blocks it wouldn’t take 6 days. Sorr to say this wasn’t the first time I’ve had trouble with this story and hadn’t been out for years but my roommate wanted Jimmy John’s so we give it another shot. That won’t happen again ever!

Order 2 subs… bacon and turkey it came with no bacon, I asked for extra pickles… did not put pickles on it…. Came with no cheese…. Other sub was an Italian they did put any Italian dressing on it , I asked for extra onions, not one onion on it, no cheese on it ….we were on are way back to Indiana

Never got to even try the food because it took over 30 minutes for them to tell me my mobile order wouldn’t even be started until the in store orders were taken care of. Needless to say I don’t have all day to wait so I had them cancel my order. I highly recommend not doing mobile orders from here. They do not follow the FIFO system and will lose business because of this. I will never go to this jimmy John’s again, I’m so disappointed.
They were close to the end of their day I called them to take an order they answered were very polite and had no issues fixing my order and waiting for me to get it! Both people were very nice and helpful the only thing they goofed on was the name the sandwich was under ! But I still got what I wanted! I also told them how much I appreciate them answering the phone and taking my order. I personally don't eat here but the rest of my family likes the Billy club! Again thank you 😊

I got the roasted beef toasted sandwich and instead of the beef i added chicken but it tasted like it was still frozen or expired Ewwww. I dont know what it was with the sandwich but it didn't taste good at all. I called and at first they said they were going to send another sandwich but i asked not to put onions or toast it. Then i got another call from them and the lady said that the manager said they couldn't do that. So $24 for 2 sandwiches went to waste

A little more expensive than most cities. Coldwater is just more expensive for some reason or another. Sandwich was built to fast with most of the meat hanging out of the sandwich, with lettuce jammed in the crease pushing the meat and cheese out of balance.
