I got the roasted beef toasted sandwich and instead of the beef i added chicken but it tasted like it was still frozen or expired Ewwww. I dont know what it was with the sandwich but it didn't taste good at all. I called and at first they said they were going to send another sandwich but i asked not to put onions or toast it. Then i got another call from them and the lady said that the manager said they couldn't do that. So $24 for 2 sandwiches went to waste

A little more expensive than most cities. Coldwater is just more expensive for some reason or another. Sandwich was built to fast with most of the meat hanging out of the sandwich, with lettuce jammed in the crease pushing the meat and cheese out of balance.

Favorite place to dine in Coldwater. Staff is always amazing and upbeat. The owner is usually present and helping his staff. It's all around a great, clean atmosphere. Highly recommend.

First time visiting this location last Thursday evening. Conveniently close to I 69 made for a quick on the go dinner option while traveling home. Sandwich tasted fresh and made to order. Friendly staff. Thumbs up.
This is the best Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to quite a few. Today, I went in to order my family sandwiches. I made a mistake and forgot to order one for my youngest. The guy (the owner or at least manager) made it in the fly. He then wouldn’t let me pay or even take my tip I was trying give the staff. Amazing service and they all should be proud.
The staff is fast at what they do. Delivery drivers a quick in and out the door. The staff was cleaning up like crazy keeping everything looking good.
You guys rocked it! Keep it up!

I’m always impressed by their speed, especially during the busy lunch rush – they never miss a beat, and my orders come out perfectly every time. I tend to be really picky with my sandwich orders, but they handle all the customizations with attention to detail and a smile. Their customer service is top-notch, and I’ve never been disappointed. Highly recommend stopping by if you want your sandwich done right and ready fast!

It's just a Jimmy Johns, right? Can't be that good? WRONG. Stopped here on a road trip and had the best experience. Manager was amazing. A full bus of people came in behind us and their sandwiches were out in record time. Our food was prepared correctly and deliciously. A super sweet employee passed us an extra loaf of bread for our one year old to munch on. Entire restaurant was clean and stocked. IMPRESSED.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free member of our party had an unwich and it was great.

Apparently the website messed up my order so bad I won't be able to eat it. I called the store and the manager said it wasn't their fault and never apologized when I called. Just said several times it was a website issue. An apology would have been nice at least, then to top it off I just discovered my sprite is just straight carbonated water. I'm not calling them back bc I'm sure nobody cares there anyway.
