This is our go-to stop on our travel between Michigan and Indiana. I always applaud the cleanliness and staff. If I had only one piece of constructive feedback, it would be to add a changing table to the restrooms. As a parent of two little ones, this has been our only beef for the last 4 years.
They were close to the end of their day I called them to take an order they answered were very polite and had no issues fixing my order and waiting for me to get it!
Both people were very nice and helpful the only thing they goofed on was the name the sandwich was under ! But I still got what I wanted!
I also told them how much I appreciate them answering the phone and taking my order.
I personally don't eat here but the rest of my family likes...

A little more expensive than most cities. Coldwater is just more expensive for some reason or another. Sandwich was built to fast with most of the meat hanging out of the sandwich, with lettuce jammed in the crease pushing the meat and cheese out of balance.
