I'm giving this restaurant 5 stars tonight 9-19-25 because as I sat and waited for my meal I saw grown adults belittle and threaten to harm the teens working there because of an overcooked piece of chicken. Let's all incorporate more kindness into our day, especially to those who do show up. Everyone is short staffed. If you don't understand this please try to hire someone.

I only ordered 8 pieces and they forced me to sell me 16 that I couldn't exchange and they charged the worst service.
And they didn't give me what I asked for and they gave it to me in a bad way. I hope the owner of the farm reads this comment and pays attention.

The employees quite literally ignore the customers waiting for their orders to be taken the chicken was dry and my potato wedges were inedible the best part of the meal was the drink that only they carry lol but besides that wouldn’t come here unless you want to wait a half an hour for fast food lmao, also my mom mentioned to an employee that customers were walking out because they were just standing there for a looong time and she said it is what it is like is it your business to run and to say what profit that company makes I think not poor owner needs to hire some competent people

I gave one star cause in Coldwater Michigan sucks.The managers are meant to the cruel. mean to their customers very rude? All the new ones that came in and took over not good at all.all the new management that just came and took overhead replace ill never go there so if your reading this don't go there

Tonight we drove from angola & Ordered the $10 8 piece bucket for dinner tonight, although we were missing 1 piece of chicken it was the best, most fresh, actually Extra Crispy KFC that we've had in about 10 years. Better than any KFC we've gotten from the Angola location. Thank You!

The potato wedges were hard!! (Not done). Also got a large mashed potato and gravy not very lg size! Got a chicken strip and it was extremely small. Not worth the money. Customer service could be friendlier! Oh and fried pickles were nasty breading soggy and fell off.

The employee sold me a meal, when I got to the window, I couldn't get the items I'd ordered, she wouldn't substitute after telling me that they had it at the order menu. In the endi got the chicken I wanted, 2 if the same sides and I was treated like it was my fault. It's not my fault that your manager doesn't order properly or that you're out of items on the menu that you advertise. Whose job is it to KNOW what items you have and don't have? I don't work here, YOU DO! I'm the future, try not to share your bad day with your customers, and don't act like THEY are imposing on you!

A normal Kentucky fried Chicken, but the service was horrible. I guess that's the way it goes with today's workers.
As a kid KFC was always regarded as a treat.....loved it. Tonight after a long hiatus (due to poor quality in the past) I decided to give it another chance. BIG MISTAKE! drove 20 minutes to get it, spent almost $60.00 and it wasn't fit to feed to my dogs! 16 piece meal in the garbage! NEVER again! KFC get it together! Popeyes and Chic fil a will be my choice from here on out. Even if it means driving an hour to get!

The Coldwater Michigan, Kentucky, fried chicken, the waiters. The staff at the drive through window are very rude. I will never go back and spend up any of my money there.

Nastiest, laziest employees a place can get. They don't clean the place, they don't give you the correct order (even after a lengthy wait), and they don't care about anybody but themselves. They will also try to steal things off your order to keep for themselves. Unfortunately we are seeing an epidemic of LAZY NASTY people working at fast food. Gives the good people who do work in the food industry a bad rep. Fast food workers would be treated better if they acted better!!
