As a kid KFC was always regarded as a treat.....loved it. Tonight after a long hiatus (due to poor quality in the past) I decided to give it another chance. BIG MISTAKE! drove 20 minutes to get it, spent almost $60.00 and it wasn't fit to feed to my dogs! 16 piece meal in the garbage! NEVER again! KFC get it together! Popeyes and Chic fil a will be my choice from here on out. Even if it means driving an hour to get!

The Coldwater Michigan, Kentucky, fried chicken, the waiters. The staff at the drive through window are very rude. I will never go back and spend up any of my money there.

Nastiest, laziest employees a place can get. They don't clean the place, they don't give you the correct order (even after a lengthy wait), and they don't care about anybody but themselves. They will also try to steal things off your order to keep for themselves. Unfortunately we are seeing an epidemic of LAZY NASTY people working at fast food. Gives the good people who do work in the food industry a bad rep. Fast food workers would be treated better if they acted better!!

Bought the bucket with all the fixing which was not cheap..However I am not sure what it takes to cook biscuits but every single one of them were raw and not 1 single white peice of chicken in the bucket.. will not be going back for the price you pay at least get the food cooked correctly and give the customers what it says in the description.

Ordered a 16 piece was told had to wait a half hour thru drive thru to get breasts.While I waited maybe 8 cars came thru one couple inside . Why don’t they have the chicken?? Never eat there again

Very disappointed!! I have been there 3 times and all 3 times have been out of pot pies. Claim they only make a certain amount for the day and when they're out they're done. Dumbest thing I have ever heard. Probably won't be back.

Husband on his way home from Battle Creek MI stopped in Coldwater to pick up some chicken. He bought an 8 piece family meal and an extra order of biscuits. Spent $35 So he got home and there were only 7 pieces in the bucket. I don’t think counting to 8 is that hard.
Chicken felt and tasted like it had been sitting there for a week. We waited 10 minutes for it and it was absolutely garbage.

Absolutely disgusting establishment. Have been here a couple of times but this time takes the cake. Found a USED blue bandaid in my boyfriend’s fries. Tried calling to leave a complaint and all the lady said was okay. Just save your money cause this place is not worth it.

Every time i go their the doors locked. This place is drive though only. I don't like to eat in my car. so i walk over to toco bell. At toco bell you can eat inside
