Mancino's of Coldwater

Great food. Large sizes. Little expensive but worth it. Worth it I say.

Big variety of subs, very good service and my wife loves the ice cream.

Very good all around! Good business, fair priced.

Tonight we ordered 2 grinders for takeout from the Coldwater Mancino’s. One whole Italian Combo and a half Turkey Club. The Italian was sufficient but the Turkey club had barely any meat: one tiny partial scrap of turkey, a barely discernible amount of bacon crumbles, on top of a single thin layer of ham. When I called to address the absence of meat on this $10 grinder, the manager said she had made it and thought it was fine. When I asked who the owner was, she said he was there and had “made it” (too?) and he agreed with her it was fine. No effort to remedy it somehow; no willingness to correct it by having me bring it back, no coupon or credit offered to redo it another time, just told it was fine.
Since substandard food and service is apparently what Mancino’s is “fine” with, my family will not waste our money to support this local restaurant. We paid for our order in good faith that we would get our money’s worth, which did not happen.
I was dismissed and ripped off.

First time here and got the Hot Roast beef Banister special. Have to say it's really good.

After ordering 3 personal pans, cheese breadsticks and 5 ice cream, we ate ice cream and ordered 2 grinders to go.
Ice cream got ate. Grinders got done. We waited and waited and waited...
Waited more then finally said something...
Our order was wrong but ready for over 20 minutes- getting cold- behind the counter. It had 2 of the personal pans ready and breadsticks without cheese...

While talking to the staff, I was informed a personal pan is no longer available. So they gave a small in place, which was appreciated. However, now our grinders are cold, the food that was ready was served to the kids cold and we will not be back. This was our first trip. And the kids pizza was grose unfortunately.

I'm not one to throw a bad review for a local business but come on...

My Friend could not put the lasagna down and my grinder ? Was an absolute righteous Reuben . One of the best Reubens I have eaten

Was ok, but forgot my meat balls for my spaghetti

Great place to eat, and large portions. Took a bit to get our food (~20ish minutes, no complaints). We waited with hardly anyone there. Staff is nice and the fact they have an icecream shop attached is a bonus! Thoroughly enjoyed the meal and then headed out on our way. Would definitely enjoy going back.

This place has been in Coldwater for years! Pizza and hot subs are usually take out. They now have hand dipped ice cream. Yum.

Delish grinders and pizza! Super community oriented, too.
