Nothing is ever correct. Ordered a sausage muffin. This morning and received 2 hash browns for my troubles. This isn’t the first but is definitely the last time I go here. So glad I could pay extra for a $1 hash brown. No I won’t go to a link to your customer service. Your parentheses say owner. You see the issues. Sad I worked for the Maynard’s in tekonsha in high school.

This is the first McDonald's restaurant that has ever refused to sale just the Happy Meal toy to me. I have been buying just the toys to collect for around 30 yrs.

Got a really really cold Big Mac Still fries that were so hard I did not eat and two apple pies that were so crunchy around the outside I could only eat the apples. The Coke was mainly ice and it seemed flat. I normally don't go to McDonald's and this is why. Completely a horrible decision on my part.

We had to repeat our order 3 times. Then when I received my food it was made incorrectly even though the tag was correct so I went in to have it remade. It took awhile and the burger patty came to me basically falling apart but whatever. I get halfway through my sandwich and find onion wedged between the cracks of my patty. I’m allergic to onion which is why I ask for my sandwich to not have onion. Also by the time I got back to the car my fries were cold. The tea was made correctly so they had that going for them. Overall just not a good trip food wise.
they say every McDonald's is the same, but we all know this isn't true. most have modernized their facilities, yet. if the workers don't care, then what good is an up to date building. Might as well have a playplace, to help ease the minds of those who receive crappy service. Clean, polite crew, with prompt service. no need for a play place as I was in and out, with the correct order. no complaints.
