Had a positive experience overall. Both pizzas were good. Ordered online and food was ready when I got there. Friendly service. Young man who helped me and was also making pizzas was eating something while working. The restaurant was a little dingy/tired inside. I would order takeout again.

Went in on Saturday may 18th for dinner both workers acknowledged us, never said anything just looks. We waited about 15 minutes and finally started walking out then, he asks do you have an order, we say no and that we wanted to be seated he then goes well we ain't got servers, so why does the podium say wait to be seated, he rolls his eyes and tells me to get the eff out.... won't ever be back

I had a curb side and they weren’t paying attention then my food was over done and I found a hair. I called and Jessica answered and said I had to bring the pizza back in to get a refund and I wasn’t going to do that. Just know the service was trash and the lady’s attitude was trash.

It's alright some of there pizzas are so thin crusted you can't even pick it up and eat it like pizza I had to eat it with a fork and A bit pricey

Great to finally be able to go in a sit down to have great pizza!! Staff was great and pizza was delicious!!
Absolutely horrible service, ordered a pizza with extra sauce and not only received it wrong the first time, but a second time as well! Absolutely no sauce on it. Called manager to ask him about it and he said he’s sorry and to have a good day.

To be honest I have never been a big fan of pizza hut but this last visit has completely changed the way I feel about the establishment, I ordered a family meal that was 2 deep dish pizzas, one pepperoni and one bacon, a order of cheese sticks and 10 boneless wings with a 2 liter of Pepsi, each of those items were DELICIOUS! I spent a total of 31 dollars not including the tip and myself along with 2 of my son's all ate until completely full and had 5 pieces of pizza to take home, and all of us are known to eat like pigs ? all I can say is that I will definitely be going back to the Coldwater pizza hut and I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to feed themselves and their family for a really reasonable price! Thank you Coldwater pizza hut ?

There is no wait staff. But, the two guys working inside are doing their best. Staffing at every place in coldwater seems to be a big issue. So props to the two dudes and the good pizza. Me and my kid still had a good meal for 18 bucks. ?

Called this morning to cancel an order due to my team I ordered it for could not all make it in due to weather and was met on the phone with the most hostile, angry human I have ever come into contact with. He yelled at me when I told him we needed to cancel saying it was too late, when I said we had been trying to cancel for an hour and he had repeatedly hung up on one of our employees, he proceed to yell over me and would not let me talk at all and guess what, he hung up on me.
