Absolutely horrible service, ordered a pizza with extra sauce and not only received it wrong the first time, but a second time as well! Absolutely no sauce on it. Called manager to ask him about it and he said he’s sorry and to have a good day.

To be honest I have never been a big fan of pizza hut but this last visit has completely changed the way I feel about the establishment, I ordered a family meal that was 2 deep dish pizzas, one pepperoni and one bacon, a order of cheese sticks and 10 boneless wings with a 2 liter of Pepsi, each of those items were DELICIOUS! I spent a total of 31 dollars not including the tip and myself along with 2 of my son's all ate until completely full and had 5 pieces of pizza to take home, and all of us are known to eat like pigs ? all I can say is that I will definitely be going back to the Coldwater pizza hut and I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to feed themselves and their family for a really reasonable price! Thank you Coldwater pizza hut ?

There is no wait staff. But, the two guys working inside are doing their best. Staffing at every place in coldwater seems to be a big issue. So props to the two dudes and the good pizza. Me and my kid still had a good meal for 18 bucks. ?

Called this morning to cancel an order due to my team I ordered it for could not all make it in due to weather and was met on the phone with the most hostile, angry human I have ever come into contact with. He yelled at me when I told him we needed to cancel saying it was too late, when I said we had been trying to cancel for an hour and he had repeatedly hung up on one of our employees, he proceed to yell over me and would not let me talk at all and guess what, he hung up on me.
My bill was over 60.00 and the driver literally said okay so how much do you want back confused I said my change as you would give back what you thought fit for the delivery right..No instead I said I guess 3.00 not being able to calculate how much of a tip I should give. Kinda shady feeling obligated to spend more for some delivery driver who don't even make the food half the time and the fact I live not even five minutes I guess next time I will definitely come get my own food instead of being asked well how much of your own dang money I want back ??♀️

Called the restaurant to let them know I had food poisoning and that all I ate yesterday was a chicken sandwich from there. I am a manager of a restaurant so it's good to know when a customer is sick after eating product, incase someone calls with same issue.The manager was very rude, and told me she was there all day and "knows" everything is fresh.I wasnt telling you it wasn't, I was informing you that I was sick and it could have been from your food.... not impressed, need better customer service....
It's alright some of there pizzas are so thin crusted you can't even pick it up and eat it like pizza I had to eat it with a fork and A bit pricey
