I DoorDash in the Coldwater area. I have many times when I wait for extended periods of time for my orders. I never have wait times at this Subway!! The team member Dustin Marks is ALWAYS on point and is very friendly, punctual, and kind!!

This is the nicest subway I’ve ever been to aesthetically. But as far as service, it’s one of the worst ones I’ve ever been to. Literally waited 15 minutes for the previous Person To finish their order, which was no big deal. As soon as the worker was finished with her, she informed me that she wouldn’t be able to make my food because she has several online orders to do and then I have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes. I’ll never go to that subway again..

Showed up to pick up a door dash order...was told I had the wrong subway (even though the instructions were specific to this shopping plaza.So I called the customer that was waiting for her food, and she confirmed I had the correct subway.Went back into the establishment only to be told again that I had made a mistake.I asked if they would check their system to confirm again and low and behold there's the order.So sad how customer service has gone so south.I'll never come to this subway again.The whole ordeal took 35 minutes just to basically talk the subway workers into DOING THEIR JOBS!just sad.

We did carry out, service was quick, the place was clean and very busy. We tried the new cookie and breadstick, for a snack. Both were warm and delicious.
