I had given this taco bell a one star in the past but in the last year it sure has turned around. Not trying to be rude but did any staff from the Coldwater location transfer to Hillsdale's location? The food and customer service have done nothing but improve at this location while the Hillsdale location has become a nightmare of incorrect orders and rude staff. We live in Reading and travel the extra 5 miles to Coldwater because you guys rock!! Actually kinda want Taco Bell now... probably be seeing ya in a few

whoever the gentleman working drive thru window November 2 2025 at midnight deserves a raise! Taco bell you need to make him a manager or something. Very professional and kind and made my day after a very bad one. Makes one hell of a strawberry cream freeze too :)

I went through the drive through and they dropped my credit card on the floor. Which whatever it happens. Then we get the food and it taste the way a dirty store smells. I've never had such a bad quesadilla from a Taco Bell. Again the fiesta potatoes also tasted the way a dirty store smells. I've never had this type of experience at a Taco Bell. I would never come to this location. If the food taste this bad the store has to be a health hazard.
