I had given this taco bell a one star in the past but in the last year it sure has turned around. Not trying to be rude but did any staff from the Coldwater location transfer to Hillsdale's location? The food and customer service have done nothing but improve at this location while the Hillsdale location has become a nightmare of incorrect orders and rude staff. We live in Reading and travel the extra 5 miles to Coldwater because you guys rock!! Actually kinda want Taco Bell...
whoever the gentleman working drive thru window November 2 2025 at midnight deserves a raise! Taco bell you need to make him a manager or something. Very professional and kind and made my day after a very bad one. Makes one hell of a strawberry cream freeze too :)
Every time I come here with anticipation for good Taco Bell. I always order what's on the menu with no adding or subtraction from original menu items. And every single time, my order is messed up. Minus the one time I went inside and ate there. Seems like the drive thru always messes up orders. I ordered a grilled cheese Burrito and got a bean Burrito. It's so annoying to get food on the go. Cost you $15 - $20 for a meal, and they mess it up.
