if you customize anything, they are likely to get it wrong. I order from here constantly and I get more wrong orders than correct. no blueberries must translate into I only want blueberries. it’s something different everytime too. there’s no granola in this one, how do you forget the granola😅

Great food but the management is horrible. Nasty attitudes like they don't even wanna be working. Overhead the manger speaking the most disrespectful way to her employee. Like they are your employees NOT your slaves. I couldn't even believe what I was hearing. I left immediately and won't ever go back bc the employee did not deserve that. She was trying to work as fast she could. They get really busy and don't have enough help. Not their fault!!!!! I'm disgusted!!! I think I overheard the employee threat to quit. I hope she did bc no one deserves to be treated that way.

I frequently travel from Indiana to Michigan. This tropical smoothie is consistently clean, friendly, and very easy access off the highway. They have a bathroom. There is also some grass in the parking lot for my dog.
Feel so bad for the staff at this location. Swamped, stressed, and no support.

I had the worst experience today around 10:30AM. I walk in with my toddler and there’s one other family there finishing up. The worker saw us as we approached the register but did not acknowledge us. She immediately went in the back. She finally came back out and would not make eye contact with us as we stood at the register and started prepping smoothies. We were probably standing at the register at least 5 mins being blatantly ignored before we left. Exceptionally rude and we won’t be returning.
