We ordered the Pizza Man Supreme to go and it smelled amazing on the ride home. I got home and dished up the pizza and noticed it was difficult to cut with a fork. I looked at the cut pizza and the dough was still raw. The toppings were cooked and there was plenty of toppings. I had to throw the pizza in the oven to finish cooking. You think for a $30 pizza it would be cooked.

I wish I had taken a picture of that pizza. We've been getting pizza at Pizza man's for probably 30 years. It came under new ownership a few months ago, and I had a bunch of family in town so we decided to give it a try. Not one person had anything good to say about that pizza. We requested well done, with five items. It was barely done at all, the crust was so thin I bet it wasn't an eighth of an inch thick. You could not pick up a piece of pizza because it was like a wet noodle. The first thing you get though is when you open the box and you see that the toppings are all at the center, there's a good 2-in ring around the outside that has no toppings at all except for the cheese. Very sad, as they had historically been a wonderful place that was local for us.

We ordered a five item pizza and requested that it be well done. Not only was it not well done, but it was pretty close to undercooked. There was no Browning on the top at all, almost like the cheese was barely melted. The crust was so thin you can almost see through it, there's no way it could support being picked up it was like a wet noodle. My husband refuses to eat it if I order it again, which I really don't want to do anyway. So sad because Steve's crew made a phenomenal Pizza.
