We called an order in Friday night and got home and the 2 subs and the wrap were all wrong the only thing right was the pizza. I called for 15 minutes and didn't get an answer until I called the gas station and had them tell subway to answer their phone. They said they would remake if I came back that night I told them I couldn't come back that night he said he would let the manager know and then hung up on me

We just stopped here on the road headed home after the holiday and the guy working was so nice and friendly, it was actually a really memorable Subway visit compared to the dozens of other ones you have over the years with not much interaction or customer service experience with the staff. We were the only ones in there with our two young kids and really appreciated the kindness and cleanliness - best bathrooms you’ll find on US 10!

My granddaughter and I were in the drive through for at least 10 minutes if not more, I said hello. The girl said she had to wait on the people inside. So we went inside, and ordered. I told the girl we were in line forever and she rolled her eyes at me. I said are we getting our drink and she snottily said the cups and lids are there and the drinks are in the gas station. I wish I could have taken my tip back. Worse service ever, but our sandwiches were good.

Stopped by for a late dinner and purchased a sub, oatmeal cookies, and lemonade.
Absolutely horrible. Everytime I go there it either takes over 20 mins to order or the food is wrong. I go back every now and then thinking it was a fluke before, never is. Went there today for a quick dinner and ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese flat bread. Wasn't asked if I wanted it toasted but when I get that sub and I'm not asked they just do it so I didn't think about it until I was handed a cold sandwich. Cold eggs, cold bacon, and cold cheese. I went back inside to ask them to toast it for me (not a big deal, wasnt upset) and I was told that they wouldn't since it's new policy. At least tell people that they're getting a cold egg bacon and cheese sandwich. It was completely disgusting and it got thrown out. The workers didn't even apologize or say anything other than tell me what they can't do.

The girl that was working tonight was a wreck. She was using profanities at the counter, talking to another customer about her order while she made mine left her distracted and one of our subs was wrong, another was completely missed until I asked about it. Her nails were long and clearly artificial, which is inappropriate in food service. They were out of smashed avocado, okay no problem, I was never refunded the $2 I was charged for smashed avocado. Honestly, what really prompted this negative review is when she dropped my 4th and final sub on the floor. That's fine. It's okay. Accidents happen, but instead of snapping to make me a new sub, she waited for Nate to do it while she got out her cell phone and began swearing and frantically calling to find out how to report that she dropped the sub. It seems like that could have waited. It seems like the customer that has already been waiting very patiently would be the priority. Be better. I will say Nate was fantastic, he kept his cool, he was focused, friendly, showed a sense of urgency, very professional.
