Sat at drive thru for over 15mins while the girl inside visited with her friend. They were closing, the girl called me and asked when I planned on picking up my food. When I told her that I had been sitting there for that long she had all kinds of reasons why she didn’t answer. Her friends were still there staring at me while I picked up my food. Very frustrating to say the least.

Stood there for 5 minutes while 2 workers ignored us. Finally I said is this where we order. He looked up and said we are working on an online order. Both workers were extremely rude!! We walked out!!

Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes after being asked to wait patiently. We went inside to order after seeing someone else leave out of the drivethru, walk in and out with their food after 5 mins. The person behind the counter told my fiance' that the drive closes at 8pm. ( I double checked....there's no sign stating it closes at 8) Why doesn't management address this issue?

Our artist was friendly, fun, and did a fantastic job making our sandwiches. This location is very nice, however it was clear that the one person working was overwhelmed by the amount of online orders coming in. If only management would advocate for more hands on deck, they would run much more efficiently with preparing orders. Thanks y'all, keep up the good work!

We called an order in Friday night and got home and the 2 subs and the wrap were all wrong the only thing right was the pizza. I called for 15 minutes and didn't get an answer until I called the gas station and had them tell subway to answer their phone. They said they would remake if I came back that night I told them I couldn't come back that night he said he would let the manager know and then hung up on me

We just stopped here on the road headed home after the holiday and the guy working was so nice and friendly, it was actually a really memorable Subway visit compared to the dozens of other ones you have over the years with not much interaction or customer service experience with the staff. We were the only ones in there with our two young kids and really appreciated the kindness and cleanliness - best bathrooms you’ll find on US 10!

I told the girl we were in line forever and she rolled her eyes at me. I said are we getting our drink and she snottily said the cups and lids are there and the drinks are in the gas station. I wish I could have taken my tip back. Worse service ever, but our sandwiches were good.
