strange place, when we entered, we could not find a single clean table, as if the restaurant was full of customers, but at the same time only 3 tables were occupied and this was at 3pm, if they are not in a hurry to clear the tables from dirty plates, then probably the food will be brought just as slowly. The air conditioner is blowing really hard, this is not a place where I can eat.
I haven’t been there in a long time (20 years give or take) but I read in a previous review that the owner is still Lonna and she is an amazing and kind woman . When I was a kid , I lived right next to the bar and we had to rely on this place to feed us most nights . Ms Lonna was ALWAYS there , with something nice to say and with my regular order of a Shirley temple and curly cheese fries . She’s the heart of this place . I hope she’s doing well .

Also, Someone from our party left her purse at the bar, and they graciously shipped it to us in Illinois for no charge to us! Super awesome team that runs the place- they really wanted to make sure everyone enjoyed themselves.
