What I like about the Coloma Bigby is not just the great coffee and good food. But, the extremely pleasant and helpful staff. They always make you feel like they appreciate you stopping by.

Went and got coffee around 1:30 and it was rather busy, but that’s fine. We ordered through the app and we were forced to go through the drive-thru meaning other people ordered and got their drinks ahead of us. Cool. Finally, when we get to the window the lady was taking another persons order and didn’t stop until after meaning we had to wait even longer while our drinks were already done sitting in a hot 4x6 room. I can understand if we still needed to pay, but she just needed to hand 2 drinks to us. If you can’t multitask at window then you shouldn’t be on headset and drive-thru. Got my drinks and one of them was not what I ordered online, however she said the receipt said it was supposed to be hot when I wanted iced. I work in customer service myself and when it comes to simple mistakes like that we take the time to fix it, however she didn’t ask at all. I would not come back to this bigby and would rather driver farther for the next. This also isn’t the first time they’ve messed up an order of mine. Poor customer service. They should really reevaluate their staff.

I thought the coffee that I received was really good and my husband was very impressed with the dark chocolate hot chocolate that he ordered We also tried the pretzel roll ham and cheese sliders and thought they were very good and fun The staff was more than pleasant Wish we had a Biggy coffee house in Chicago

I will never b back. I had to repeat my order 5 times then I was asked to leave. I went to the window and asked why they can't hear me? They blamed it on the ear piece. So because u can't hear my order that's my fault. Never again

!!!!!DO NOT go to this Biggby!!!! I am a loyal member of Biggby and I went to every Biggby at least once the one in St.Joe, Benton Harbor even South Haven and my experience is great at these locations. The Biggby in Coloma is the worst one for many reasons. 1. They never give u what you pay for. Their drinks are like $6-$7 for one coffee. And because they are expensive you would think you would get what you pay for and it would be made the right way. Personal experience: I got a coffee and they didn’t even fill the 20oz cup up half way and they didn’t put sweet foam on it (when the drink comes with it). I called them and they said I could bring it back and they will make another one. So about a hour later I took it back and they said “since it has been a hour a can’t remake it” like you said I could bring it back. That is why I didn’t drink it. People go to Biggby for their morning coffee before they go to work. We can’t stop our whole day to take back a coffee you didn’t make correctly. The workers are very rude. DO NOT TIP the workers until you know that’s you have your full coffee and your order is right.
I was a previous worker at the Biggby in Coloma it was a very TOXIC work environment. They have a saying you have to remember. It is basically saying that every customer should leave the store happier than they came and it should be fast and efficient. I can see that it is not in effect anymore.
This is a terrible Biggby all around from the workers to their product. Terrible Biggby location. I hope the one getting placed in Watervilet is better than Coloma’s.

I had the sausage egg cream cheese bagel which was okay. There was about a teaspoon of cream cheese in total. I had a sugar free ice coffee which was pretty standard.
It look 26 mins after I ordered to get an iced coffee and bagel sandwich which is just bizarre. They don’t seem to have a system in place and work the drive thru before the walk up window.
