Have been stopping at Contessa for several years now. Always a great experience and Tony and Claire are fantastic! Had a minor mishap that was partially on me for not checking the cases on our last visit and got the wrong wines. Messaged them and they went out of their way to make it right! Was already a repeat customer, but I can say without pause that their customer service is, and always has been, superb!
Highly recommend! Tony the owner is such a sweetheart and very knowledgeable on his product that he makes locally. Did the wine tasting and it was only $10 for 5 tastings. As someone who is new to wine, Tony took the time to explain and recommend great flavours 😊 Beautiful atmosphere and be sure to ask to see the scrapbook for a some history. Cherry wine was my favourite.
Contessa Wine Cellars delivered an amazing experience from start to finish. The wine connoisseur was incredibly knowledgeable, gracious, and genuinely happy to chat with us—even as closing time approached. We especially loved their sweet, blush, and fruit wines—each one was full of flavor and well-balanced. The setting is charming, complete with a beautiful grape chandelier that added to the cozy, elegant vibe. Can’t wait to return!
