I frequent El Asadero sometimes 2-3 times per month but have cut back in the last few months after starting to experience lack in quality service and food. The first bad experience after eating here for years happened at the beginning of the summer. I ordered take out chicken tacos which had rotten Cilantro on them and tasted like rotten fish and were so bad that I ended up throwing them away. Since then, I've eaten there a handful of times and the service has not been good....
Very good service. However, the flavors were underwhelming, and the proteins were overcooked. You will definitely get your fill of food for the price, but it's quantity over quality in my opinion.
