Worked there and got fired when i had a situation with a ppo. and had to call the police before my shift the manager lori came outside harrassing me after i had told them what was going on. then later that night wouldnt give me a break to get sum food. I went home sick they counted it as a walk off. Everyone was very mean it was dirtier then any other fast food i worked at and the flies are everywhere.

We live east of Hartford but will gladly go out of our way to visit this McDonald's in the future. Self-serve beverage bar, plenty of room to breathe, and friendly employees who actually seem to like their jobs...everything we look for in a fast food experience.

We were traveling and stop in for food and drinks. The manager let us stand there for 8 minutes while she stood on her cell phone then proceed to be rude while waiting on us . Very poor management. I was a mystery shopper . You failed Elizabeth!
Very unhappy rude employees at the drive thru window. The only nice one was the cashier all the other ones are angry. They are so bad, they cutt off the survey part off my receipt!!!!!!!

Incompetent. Never put extra sauce in sandwiches. Ordered a coke they gave me diet coke. This isn't the first time, practically every time we go there, they screw things up... I worked at McDonalds before, I worked grill and table, literally not a hard job if you have any semblance of a brain... table can be hectic, but if you pay attention you won't really get orders wrong
