We live east of Hartford but will gladly go out of our way to visit this McDonald's in the future. Self-serve beverage bar, plenty of room to breathe, and friendly employees who actually seem to like their jobs...everything we look for in a fast food experience.

We were traveling and stop in for food and drinks. The manager let us stand there for 8 minutes while she stood on her cell phone then proceed to be rude while waiting on us . Very poor management. I was a mystery shopper . You failed Elizabeth!
Very unhappy rude employees at the drive thru window. The only nice one was the cashier all the other ones are angry. They are so bad, they cutt off the survey part off my receipt!!!!!!!

The one and only thing McDonald's has going for themselves as far as I am concerned is the speed some of them put out food. The quality of the food has not been there since the 80's

Incompetent. Never put extra sauce in sandwiches. Ordered a coke they gave me diet coke. This isn't the first time, practically every time we go there, they screw things up... I worked at McDonalds before, I worked grill and table, literally not a hard job if you have any semblance of a brain... table can be hectic, but if you pay attention you won't really get orders wrong

The floor was really dirty. They had the staff and time to at least sweep up the mashed up fries that seemed to be everywhere. Clearly they had a hectic rush period prior to my arrival. Otherwise, the service for my order was very good and the food is always the same.
