Avoid as if your life depended on it. If you're absolutely starving, driving down the highway, keep driving. In fact, drive another 100 miles before getting off if you still plan on stopping at McDonald's. Just in case. Because you're going to want to try and get outside the geographical area of whoever the regional manager is, who allows this place to even maintain a franchise at this point. And I'm well aware this is McDonald's. I didn't go into it with unreasonable expectations, but with McDonald's level expectations. It still fell short, to an extent that should not be physically possible without substantially violating the laws of physics. Breakfast ends when they feel like it. Restaurant closes when they feel like it. If there's a thing you want, they're out of it. It's such a great physical location, being right off the highway, property literally touching the off ramp. Big parking lot with room for semis. Which is why it's such a shame it's being totally wasted by the current franchise owner. It's been this way for years, zero signs of improvement ever. It's so bad, this location should be nationalized, with the land confiscated by the govt. And turned into a DMV. Because even that would result in greatly improved customer satisfaction.

I would rate lower if I could. Nobody here and my order is given to somebody else? Then food comes wrong and employee throws food back at me when I complain. Manager makes it right but damn. Why have to go threw all that?

McDs is my goto food stop when on the road. I like them for clean bathrooms and reasonably priced, consistent food. I have to say McDs has gotten very expensive and the food portions smaller, with food quality inconsistent. Has everyone noticed that the Filet o Fish is now tiny, it doesn't even fill the bun. The fries were overcooked, the tables dirty, and the soda machine gave dispensed diluted coke. Complete waste of money.

Worked there and got fired when i had a situation with a ppo. and had to call the police before my shift the manager lori came outside harassing me after i had told them what was going on. then later that night wouldn't give me a break to get sum food. I went home sick they counted it as a walk off. Everyone was very mean it was dirtier then any other fast food i worked at and the flies are everywhere. they post ur attendance in the group chat. even tho mine was perfect u never kno wht someone is going thru. bad place
