I called and asked to speak with the manager when I noticed a problem with my order. When I asked who I was speaking with she refused to give me her name, I explained the problem and she referred me to tech support since I ordered online. I am not sure how tech support can get the pizza that didn't get ordered correctly? She was very rude and not willing to give me any information on who I could contact in regards to my order. I would recommend training in customer service and give proper training on who to contact if the "manager" can not assist. 0 stars

Ordered 5 pizzas and wings! Everything was perfect and hot when I arrived. Employees were busy but still friendly!
Foods fine, but the service here is god awful! No one here knows what they're doing half the time when you try and place an order, and they're constantly going back and forth on whether or not they carry certain things, and it's not a case of they're just out of the product at that moment, you can call one week and try to order something, and the person on the phone will say they no longer carry it, call back the next week, and they'll say they have it, one week after that? They don't carry it anymore. It's absolutely ridiculous! Worst service I've ever had from a Pizza place.

The rudest, grumpiest women ever!! We walked in to be grunted at and ignored for 5 minutes by the lady on the register. She was so rude and unhelpful. She didn't care or want to be there. Everything we asked was too much trouble and she just pointed or grunted.
You had to order at the counter, which is ridiculous and holds up the line. Your food is given to you in a box, not on a plate! You have to serve yourself. No tip for these people, they don't deserve it.
Dead flies on the window!! They obviously had given up waiting to be served too and died by the time someone had reached them!
Overpriced food with the worst service. Just a terrible experience and couldn't wait to get out!

Haven’t had Pizza Hut in a long time! They’ve all closed by us, so when we were in town for vacation we stopped in. Pizza, wings and breadsticks were all great! Ordered at the counter and ate at a table. Was about 10 of us.
I was charged $10.00 for a $7.00 Hut box. Sat down and waited 45 minutes only to get up and when we asked found out our food had been done and was waiting.
