Don’t order takeout on a Friday night! I went on 11/7 and waited for over 45 minutes for one pizza and they could not find it. They were incredibly disorganized and no manager appeared to be be working or leading the employees. They had over 20 people in the front area waiting for their food and not a single employee would go to the front and give out orders.

I'm Chaplain of a motorcycle group called Christian Motorcyclist Association (CMA). Today was our fall color ride and our group ended up at the Coloma Pizza Hut. The service was fast, our waitress was very attentive to our group, and the food was great too. We enjoyed a family friendly time of fellowship.

I have not yet tasted my flat. However, what I am rating this visit on is knowledge, honesty and customer service of employees. I will be the first to admit that i'm not real app savy sometimes. So when I came to this particular Pizza Hut, I asked if they could help me, and the first girl seemed really put out that I was asking for help. Then, who I believe to be a manager came to the counter but I figured it out on my own by then. I did explain that I did not know what a flat was. And not once, did anyone try to explain to me what it was. I then asked if I could please order it with extra sauce and she said no. So as i'm waiting for my order to be prepared.Or went out to my car.I called another location and asked them if I ordered a flat if I could order it with extra sauce.You know, like I would a pizza with extra sauce and they said yes, I then called another location.And asked them the same question.And they also said, yes.So i'm not exactly sure why I was told the dislocation.I could not order my flat with extra sauce.I wanted it cooked into the pizza.So I ended up having to order a cup of extra sauce which I don't mind paying for but I wanted the sauce cooked in with the pizza flat. There is a help wanted sign in the window.And I hope they can hire somebody here that knows what's really going on..
The food was actually pretty good, but not quite what I was hoping for I probably wouldn't have ordered it if I would have actually known what it was. Yes, I did have a description in the app.But I was trying to get more information, but none was forthcoming.You live and you learn.

I called and asked to speak with the manager when I noticed a problem with my order. When I asked who I was speaking with she refused to give me her name, I explained the problem and she referred me to tech support since I ordered online. I am not sure how tech support can get the pizza that didn't get ordered correctly? She was very rude and not willing to give me any information on who I could contact in regards to my order. I would recommend training in customer service and give proper training on who to contact if the "manager" can not assist. 0 stars
