I started coming back to this Subway once they got new management, and the difference has been incredible. The restaurant is always clean and well kept, even during busy hours. Staff are prompt, friendly, and attentive, and the food is consistently fresh and well stocked. I’ll actually go out of my way to visit this location because the quality and service make it stand out. Highly recommend!

I placed an order online for a later time. I got there a few minutes early and my sandwich was ready. I don't know how she did that but the girl being the counter was making sandwiches and giving the online orders away all at once. I'm impressed. My sandwich was exactly how I asked it too. Strong smell of cleaning products when you enter the store, and sandwich maker did not greet us, but told us that it was going to be a very long wait. We just left.
I ordered on the app a protein bowl and it was not chopped up. The meat was just slapped in there. All of the dressing was on top not even in the salad.

I got a blt yesterday. The bacon was cooked to perfection and the manager Jennifer was very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend this place just because of the people like Jennifer.

Jennifer the manager was really rude and not welcoming she shouldn’t be the manager if she can’t take responsibility and treat her costumers with respect just stop being petty JENNIFER!!! This place has always been a good go to but with her not being welcoming with any of her costumers I recommend you guys go to Hartford or Benton Harbor instead:)
