I placed an order online for a later time. I got there a few minutes early and my sandwich was ready. I don't know how she did that but the girl being the counter was making sandwiches and giving the online orders away all at once. I'm impressed. My sandwich was exactly how I asked it too. I got a blt yesterday. The bacon was cooked to perfection and the manager Jennifer was very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend this place just because of the people like Jennifer.

Jennifer the manager was really rude and not welcoming she shouldn’t be the manager if she can’t take responsibility and treat her costumers with respect just stop being petty JENNIFER!!! This place has always been a good go to but with her not being welcoming with any of her costumers I recommend you guys go to Hartford or Benton Harbor instead:)

Not worth your time, they refuse to make online order in advance and make you wait over 20 minutes for a sandwich that takes 5 seconds to make I know I’ve done it, the staff makes excuses and can’t be bothered to care. Drive slight farther away to a subway with competent helpful employees instead of the useless employees like Kai that you get at this location.

Ive been going to this coloma subway for the passed 3 years since i moved to coloma. Ive been using the 2 subs for 12.99$ on 2 subs every time i come in which is turkey sub and a spicy Italian. Ive only payed more then 15$ bucks with a 5$ tip cash everytime. But today i was told ur workers have been doing it wrong so me coming in expecting to pay 14$ bucks plus 5 dollar tip i left today i had to throw away the coupon and pay 26$ and still give a 5$ tip.. why use coupons or send them out if ur employees dont ask everytime someone comes in if they have a coupon?!? Because i could have told her i dont want my sub and start over since she is a manger and didnt ask if im using a coupon like every other subway i go to that has soup the employee asks.. very disappointed and will Not be coming back rather take my business to hartford where i get the right business i want💯✌️ plus ur manager dont know how to fold her subs under distress let alone ur only supposed to have certain amount of meat and ur manger gave me double meat that was supposed to cost more didnt charge me because she put on ham on my spice Italian when i didnt want it so i think the owner needs to retrain your workers!
Jessica is very unfriendly and does not follow the directions on online orders. Ordered a breakfast wrap and didn't even get it wrapped. My eggs were cold in the middle and she didn't give me my sauce. She was upset that I showed up early for my order which I was fine with waiting for but she was very rude that i was there before the 15 minutes was up. Other staff have never had an issue and always had my order ready right away anyway. She hadn't even started it yet. Nobody else was in the store. Kevin is always so great in terms of service and neatly makes my order every time. There was no excuse for not even giving me a wrap when I ordered a wrap.

I always get flat bread cold cut. After the sandwich was made and time to pay. I was informed, that I can no longer use a coupon for flat bread ,foot long. It does not say it on the coupon. Nor in the store any where. The flat bread is as thin as or thinner then a burrito shell. The meat is so thin u almost can't tell there is meat on the sandwich. Cucumbers are so thin u can literally see through them. But my complaint is mainly about the coupon. How the heck is a customer suppose to know ,they can't get what they normally order . This sandwich was not worth a 10$ bill wow. Won't be going back.

Smelt very musty in there today. Also the girl behind the counter refused to substitute meat on a dipper however every other time I come in they are willing to do so.
