Just got home today from a three day stay at Palmer Lakes. We were all pretty sad to leave and if we didn’t have obligations tomorrow, we were going to see if we could stay another night.
Our cabin was great. Fit all 5 of us, very cute inside, right on the lake. The weather was terrible yesterday warning, there was even a tornado warning and a gentleman came knocking on our doors and told us where to take shelter (a big house just a few steps away with a basement). We loved...
I love what the new owners are doing here! We have stayed here numerous times over the past 20+ years under the two previous owners. Each had their own approach, but the new owners are really taking this place in the right direction. The cabins have all been given a facelift without sacrificing the feel of a lake side cabin. One of our favorite things are the pontoon boats that you can rent by the day or for your whole stay.

It was an enjoyable stay for us! Clean rooms, wonderful nature, great owner and bunch of activities, such as fishing, taking a pontoon ride, beach volleyball, basketball, frisbee, etc.
Love it!
