Fastest restaurant I've ever received my lunch. However when I called ahead to order and talk to the AI it said it would be available for pickup in 35 minutes.. (1 order of mozzarella sticks) But, since I was working next door and walked over and ordered food and it was ready within 5 minutes. The actual restaurant is in A+ but the AI is total failure, especially considering there was at least 3 people working there that could of answered the phone and took my order and gave me a real actual time to pick it up.. if I wasn't next door I would have hung up on AI and went somewhere else.. Nobody wants to talk to a fake person when they're trying to get their food. Zero stars for the AI.

We went to have lunch today and had the BEST waiter!! His name was Justin, and he was very nice, and funny. He offered up drink suggestions for us and was attentive to our table. Coming back to often to check on us, and see how things were. We'll definitely come back to this Applebee's and ask to be seated in his section. Thank you Justin!
