If I could give zero stars I would. There's just a bunch of kids who don't know or care how to make good coffee. They have terrible customer service and Dont know how to talk to people. I'm a Biggbe drinker, daily and will never go back to this location..What a waste of time and money

My hats off to the 2 young ladies who were working today. I ordered a mocha frappuccino. I know that's not what it's called at biggby , I've ordered them throughout West Michigan, and it was the best one i've ever tasted.

They have deals all the time. Cheapest I seen a item is 1.99 but well worth it. A drink is average 6-9$ . Check Facebook often.
