We did take out order at work on Friday. When we got the order back to the office we were missing one item and one of the subs was not correct. They were very apologetic at first and offered to make the missing item and correct the sub. When I told her I could not get away again to pick up a second order and asked for a refund things took a turn for the worse. They offered to refund the wrong sub but no refund for the missing item as 'you weren't charged for it'. When I questioned the amounts and why the sub was $2 higher than on the website the responses back ended. The food was subpar and service definitely poor. We won't be back and have taken them off our rotation.

Ok so boom Saturday night kids hungry me what y'all want(knowing already they want pizza). Me personally I hate commercial pizza, so I'm always wit the small personal pizza shop. I feel like they care a lil more frfr...lol but anyway top 3 in grand rapids at this point bbq chicken and a regular not regular pepperoni. JESUS 🙏🏿 the taste the crust everything balanced u can tell they pay a lil more for better ingredients I'm mad this my first time trying them on the fly and not by word of mouth good job to the guy and girl who made this tonight ya got me😂🤣🤤

Customer service, pizza and prices are all great! Will definitely be ordering from CP pizza again. We are excited to try the other options on their menu. We loved the pizza dough and sauce. They are also very generous with toppings. Yum!

Best Days Ever
We just ordered lunch for a group of us at work, which on a Friday is something we look forward to. We received one incorrect sub sandwich and we did not receive an order of garlic bread that she said she missed on the order and did not charge for. As for the incorrect sub her response was basically EAT IT, which can be taken more than one way. We will never order from there again.

Driving from one job to the next, swung in, ordered a pep/sausage. She was kind enough to deliver it to a random parking lot where I had to work so I didn't have to waste any of my time waiting on lunch.
