I used to order from this location often when working out here. Never have had a significant complaint and usually the food is never the issue! It sure wasn't this time. This time it was the VERY Unfriendly employee that brought me out my pizza. He proceeds to make it almost to the door before realizing he is missing my pop. So he rolls his eyes and sets the pizza down and you can tell hes irritated. I get it. I get mad at myself all the time but, he proceeds to open the door and is grumbling something. He hands me my pizza and I say thank you and set my pizza down. I was grabning my wallet for the tip but he proceeds to roll his eyes and turn around mumbling about no tip and walked inside angry. I dont ever tip on card and dont just sit with money out on Alpine especially. And with his attitude im kinda happy I saved a few bucks for the tip. Everyone has bad days. But you dont take it out on others... especially while working a customer service job.

My boyfriend and I have gone here twice now and it’s been awful. I used to like Dominos but this one on Alpine is horrible. The first time I ordered here they dropped off my order at the wrong location. I called to ask where it was and the woman very rudely said it was out of their hands and got even ruder to me when I asked how that happened. I asked to talk to someone else and the second person who picked up was nicer, said they’d email a coupon but never did. This time we ordered pickup thinking it’d be better. Nope! It wasn’t even busy, but we got there and our pizzas were cold and one of them wasn’t even sliced? It just looked bad and we ended up just making sandwiches because it was so unappetizing.

Do not go to this place, my girlfriend came in here to order a pizza after a hard days work. Refused to give her a receipt and said your pizza will be ready in 30 mins. She came in to get her pizza they gave her pizza away to someone else and said 10 more mins will make you another pizza. Then after going in there 10 minutes later asking about her pizza they were all looking confused. So my girlfriend politely asked for a refund. They said no and said take it up with your bank, then guy behind the counter started screaming at her saying the manager can’t see someone “ like you” ( keep in mind my girlfriend is the kindest African women you’ll ever meet ) super unprofessional if you ask me. I would give this place a one star review and never give them a penny of my hard earned money

I ordered online in uber eats and they not only took to long to deliver but they got my address wrong and I had to go to someone else porch and I don’t want to disturb anyone peace. Definitely recommend pick up they are bad at delivery sometimes.

I wanna start off by saying I've got some immaculate pies from this location before, and I'm not here to be malicious, but I received 2 of the worst pizzas ever today, and I think the store should be aware.
I used to manage the Jenison location a few years back, so I'm fully aware of food cost and SOPs, but I ordered 2 large pies around 3 pm when the store was far from busy, and the 2 I received had essentially no sauce on either of them, toppings were almost non-existent, and the toppings that were present were not spread very well at all.
They were just overall dry and tasteless because of this.
Whether this was due to an attempt at keeping food cost low, poor training, or straight up negligence, I just wanted to give you an average customer's perspective.
I do not want to give anyone a hard time, just trying to help as this is my local location that I order from.
I'm not a picky eater by any means, and never have been, but these were straight up gross and felt like a waste of money.
The place is an absolute disgrace. Everyone picking their noses no sanitary gloves so here come the secret ingredients for that home flavor I guess. I ordered 30 minutes later i ask them how about my pizza, who are you? lol

The manager lady on night shift Wednesday was Soo rude she personally said she made my food and it was all wrong they then dropped the food off and left it outside then when I called she hung up in my face and when I called back she wouldn’t answer I have bought so much from this place after tonight never again highly don’t recommend if u want the right stuff everyone else was nice she just as a manager shouldn’t act like that
