First time at Dunkin’ Donuts. I visited around lunch time. The donuts I ordered were nasty very crunchy like they have been sitting in the case for awhile . Does Dunkin not make fresh donuts after a certain amount of time ?

I am addicted to Dunkin but this one in particular is my absolute favorite! The whole staff is friendly and welcoming. There is one guy in particular, I dont know his name but I think he is a manager always there around 3 pm, that is waiting on me the second I walk in the door and its like stopping in to see a friend. The staff here really has it together.

Worst deal and meal ever
This Dunkin was not organized and staff was extremely rude. We placed our orders and they were out of main ingredients and they were not sympathetic to the situation. When we finally got to the window we waited over 5 minutes before someone confirmed our order and it wasn’t even the right ordered and continued to wait. When we got our coffee the cups were saturated from the overflow of coffee.

I was the only person in line. Waited 10 mins for a simple drink. Watched an employee make themselves a drink and drink it before attending to the customers. I wish I could say this is the only time but sadly it is not. Never friendly and 50% chance your order will be wrong. I love Dunkin Donuts and used to go daily. I wish there was a different location close by. Hopefully things can change!

This is literally one of The slowest Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to in my entire life and I go to Dunkin’ Donuts at least four times a week. I will often go 8 miles out of my way to avoid this particular location because it takes them on average 3 to 5 minutes per customer to get through a drive-through line, I’m not sure what the problem is with this location but they better figure it out or else this place is going to shut down

Tried the holiday cookie latte and I guess lattes only come with milk, no espresso anymore… it’s the same color as the whip cream and tastes like water milk…

Filthy.
Our food order sat at the window since no one alerted us to its existence, then someone noticed me standing around after about 12 minutes and asked what I was waiting for. I told them, and the employee exclaimed that my order was sitting there at the far counter the entire time.
I ate my soggy croissant.
Noticed the dirt and filth everywhere. Also, a pile of human hair in the hall by the bathroom.
Gross.

Stay away!!! This is a joke, the people don’t care and act like you are bothering them when trying to order! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
The lobby was closed and they did not accept online orders. Bummer.
The food wasn't as delicious as I expected (loaded hashbrowns) but the drink was very good. (Seasonal cookie drink)

I remember when I was growing up there was a Dunkin Donut commercial where old guy used to say, "It's time to make the donuts." It was funny and whimsical. It used to make me want to go to dunkin' donuts. So, today I walk in there were hardly any donuts in stock. There are three girls working, nobody looked up to greet the customers that were walking in the door. We were all standing there looking for plexed. Atmosphere was terrible. Customer service was terrible. How can you rate the food when there's no food in stock. I guess I'm just an old-fashioned guy who believes that customer service is what wins loyal customers. Managers, when you hire people to represent your brand, you need to make sure that they're nice, courteous, and so their jobs. At least have donuts on display, especially if you're called Dunkin Donuts. No, I didn't order. I walked out.
