I am addicted to Dunkin but this one in particular is my absolute favorite! The whole staff is friendly and welcoming. There is one guy in particular, I dont know his name but I think he is a manager always there around 3 pm, that is waiting on me the second I walk in the door and its like stopping in to see a friend. The staff here really has it together.
Normally it's an ok experience. Recently I went, and I sat in drive thru at 7:25, I figured it was morning they are busy it's fine I have time to wait, when it came time for me to place my order, at 7:50 the girl said hold and we will take your order soon I said ok as there was 3 cars ahead of me. As the cars were leaving no one came back and took my order, there was 8 cars behind me waiting to place their order, now it was 8:05 and I asked if someone was going to take...
I love Dunkin'! In my opinion, they are much better than Starbucks. The Iced Macchiotto is especially good and the app is very easy to use. If you don't have the app, you really should get it. I have gotten many free drinks and food items for free because of the reward system. The employees here have always been friendly. There were a few times in the past when they were closed unexpectedly but they seem to have resolved those issues.
