Placed an order for takeout. Super simple order.

Burritos Mexicano which has beef tips and 'covered' in cheese sauce, no guacamole salad, a side of onion, and a side of cheese dip.

Came to almost $30.

When I got my order to work, I sat to eat, and my order was the wrong order. A small 'burrito' with beef in it (about the size of a dollar bill), rice and beans, sour cream, and a tiny thing of cheese sauce.

I am so disappointed.

Please make sure to be putting the correct food order in the correct bags, guys. I just wasted almost $30.

We recently moved back to Michigan. When we lived here in the past and on visits, we would always stop in. Food is still good and servers are kind . On the other hand the drinks are weak and not good. I have tried a couple times and each time the drink is watered down can't even tell that there is alcohol in them. The last time I asked for the ultimate told the server I want a strong margarita. It wasn't. First sip was good after that it was like drinking line juice. Disappointed as there drinks were always good. This was my third trip back here. Not sure if we will be returning.

We were really looking forward to trying El Burrito Loco, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The restaurant wasn’t busy, only one other table was dining, but our waitress only stopped by our table once after taking our order. For the rest of the meal, she sat near the entrance having a personal conversation with another employee.
The food was okay, but not memorable. For the price ($71 for two margaritas, a ‘create your own’ combo, and a shrimp quesadilla), we expected better food and service.
The decorative style of the restaurant is fun, but the lack of service really took away from the experience. Unfortunately, we likely won’t be back due to the poor service, the high prices and the amount of time it took.

This place is amazing!! All of the artwork is gorgous. You have to experience it all !! the food is great, I had a taco salad it's definitely enough for two, and taste so good !! Take a look at the chairs, the tables, above the bar not to mention the music. It's an experience from the time you walk in, until you leave. Absolutely a must. However I was told they are moving this restaurant further down alpine and I'm sure it's a better location.

One of the best Mexican restaurants in West Michigan!

Delicious Chicken Taco salad

I’ll have to be honest, we spent $24 on 4 steak tacos. No flavor, no spice. I’d rather drive 25 minutes to lindo in Wyoming. 10x better with actual flavor.

Enjoyed nice cold beer and authentic Mexican Cuisine.

The place is always so clean. Great service and delicious food - every time!
