my first time eating firehouse and it’s not a disappointment! what a bargain i got buy one get one.. i ordered the Italian and it is mouthwatering. the bread is fresh and the meat is amazing. Today my car was in for service so i used uber eats and the service was exactly as advertised. i’m glad i had a chance to try firehouse because i am sure i will be back for more!

The Cuban Sub is fantastic. If you haven't tried it, you're missing out.

Food was great however the service was terribly slow. There were multiple people waiting for orders and 4 people behind the counter working so very slowly with absolutely no sense of urgency or concern for all the customers waiting for food. Makes me second guess coming back.

Nasty. Not sanitary make you think you’re getting a big sub. Nobody had hair on. Nobody changed gloves very very, very, very, very very unsanitary nasty. Will never return

They’ve only messed up twice in the entire time I’ve been going there, and both times were due to a malfunction with their mobile orders & the printer. The first time they immediately fixed it free of charge. The second time was not fixed quite as fast, but eventually spoke with a manager who made my sub & then gave me a coupon for a free one. All in all, 5/5. ⭐️

Awsome food

Food was really good but the experience was the worst I have ever been to. I walked in for my pick up order and they said give us 5 min. I went back in 10 min later and they weren’t even on our order. I found out while I was waiting that another lady was waiting 30-45 min later on her two sandwiches. The kids in there was not keeping up with orders one was wiping his sweat off his head with his hands then going back and touching everyone’s sandwiches with his hands. To me personally that is the worst!!!! If you’re in a rush don’t go there!!!
