This store is not open 24 hours. I wasted my time coming over for some 1am pancakes and it's closed. The paper on the door says it closed at 10PM though on Google Maps and on a large neon sign it is falsely adverted as being open 24 hours a day.

The staff was veryy accomodating for the 10 of us in our group. The food was out in a timely manner anx tasted very good. I would recommend.

Worst meal I' v eaten! $65! Yes, I said $65 for 3 to have breakfast, that wasn't good for any of us! It was dirty. Like they wiped the stuff down with a dirty rag. Used to be a good place to eat in the 70's and 80's♥️. Not anymore. They just care any more😩

Average experience overall. The food was decent—pancakes were fluffy, but some of the other items felt a bit underwhelming in taste and freshness. Service was friendly but noticeably slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. The place could use a little more attention to cleanliness, especially around the tables and floors. Not a bad spot for a casual breakfast, but nothing that really stood out compared to other diners.

There was my party of two and one other table of one. I ordered pancakes and a side of bacon, the pancakes came and I assumed the waitress was going back to get the bacon as she just set the plates down and left without a word. I saw her sit down in a booth across the restaurant and get on her phone. She never came back until I was finished with my pancakes and she brought the check. I told her I had a coupon so she went to put the coupon on the check and came back with the discounted check and my side of bacon… I told her I was already done so I’m not paying for the bacon. She said “I wanted it to be fresh for you.” What in the world. This isn’t my first crazy experience here. I will not be back.

Worst service ever was there for a half an hour and never even got asked our drink order. We walk in and no one sat us we waited 10 minutes before the hostess stopped and sat us I just figured maybe they were busy. But she told us she would be back to take our drink order and never came back. We sat for about 15 to 20 minutes while she walked passed us a couple times then another couple walked in and she walked straight up to them sat them right next to us right away and took their drink order and food order!!! And just ignored us. So we just got up and left she didn’t even say anything to us when we got up, just looked the other way. She never gave us her name but she has brown hair and lots of tattoos. Idk why we got ignored maybe because we were in work clothes and the couple were nicely dressed felt really discriminatory to me. I’m 8months pregnant and craving pancakes and sucks I had to leave I hop hungry. I don’t come here a lot but last time I did I had a pretty similar experience so I probably won’t be back to alpine I hop again.

we went on a sunday afternoon very slow all of the servers were sitting on their phones in booths and it took us over 25 minutes to get a simple order of hashbrowns and when we ended up getting them, they were thrown into a to go box and felt very rushed trying to get us out
