1-star review: Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any IHOP—or any restaurant, period. Stopped in this morning around 11 AM for breakfast, and from the second I walked in, I was greeted by a female server with the most unbelievable attitude. She acted like I was inconveniencing her just by showing up. No smile, no “welcome,” just pure rudeness and eye-rolling vibes right off the bat. I placed my order anyway, hoping things would improve, but her attitude only got worse—short, snappy responses, acting annoyed at basic requests, and zero effort to make it a pleasant experience. The food came out, but by that point I was so turned off I couldn’t even bring myself to eat it. and walked out without touching a thing. This location clearly has serious issues with staff training and basic hospitality. If you’re looking for a relaxing breakfast where you’re treated like a valued customer, DO NOT go to the IHOP on Alpine Avenue. I’ll never step foot in this place again, and I won’t be recommending it to anyone. Absolute disappointment. Save your money and your sanity—go somewhere else. 0/10.

Went there, January 11th on a Sunday morning. The place is nasty I ordered coffee. The pot looked like it was used for several different customers. Coffee running all down the pot syrup, all down the walls.disgusting, the bacon tasted old, my Pancake was ice cold, my butter would not melt, took forever for them to pick my checkup and for me to receive my credit card back.

Order a meal and a sausage was cold. Sent it back. The sausage was cold again asked to be had the meal taken off the bill and the manager gave me attitude will not be back.

Most likely the best experience I had at an Ihop ever. Went in on Christmas day because we heard they were open and Heather M waited on us. She was always checking in and doing an amazing job, even with it being busy and them being short staffed. Delicious food and so happy they were open. Thank you!

Is an alright place. Don't expect anything fantastic but it'll get the job done. Normally if give a better score but the service kinda sucks. Spent ten minutes texting to get the waitresses attention to only have to get up and go to her. Not to big a deal but just annoying.
When I'm in town for Thanksgiving the family gets together here. They accommodate our large group. Very friendly and quick service

The manager working today is too worried about passing health department inspection and covering up issues than to take care of guests. There’s mold in the lobby and dust hanging all over the dining room. Understand her frustration but guests come first.

This store is not open 24 hours. I wasted my time coming over for some 1am pancakes and it's closed. The paper on the door says it closed at 10PM though on Google Maps and on a large neon sign it is falsely adverted as being open 24 hours a day.
First time ever, I will definitely go back.
