Would give negative stars if possible, repeatedly sending incorrect orders. Not taking any responsibility to make sure the customer is happy with their product. Tried calling and was hung up on multiple times in a row. The food that was brought was sloppy and disgusting looking, was told that was how it was ordered but who would eat this?

The staff today was so kind! They welcomed us in, we're polite at ordering and the food came out correct and quick. It felt nice having an hassle free and good experience grabbing a quick bite.

Ordering online and every god damn time they don’t deliver my drink. It’s not that hard to read an order. 20oz bottle come is pretty much 1st grade level reading.

I usually get food from this location because it’s close by and they were good but the past few times I’ve went they have been very skimpy on the protein, I thought “maybe it’s a new JJ thing” but I’ve gone to other locations recently and they give a good amount of protein for how much you pay for it! Service is always great but still don’t get why they serve less meat on their sandwiches than other locations… don’t really recommend

Their delivery driver placed my food and drink directly infront of my door. The only way for me to get my food and drink was to open my door spilling it all over

Turn the radio down. I had to yell my order multiple times because the person at the register couldn't hear me. Unless your intention is to have people avoid coming in to the store to order and eat. Then job well done.

Please accept this criticism:

I ordered with assistant manager (from my guess based on what she was doing/how others acted) and she was great. I must have went in at a shift change or something, because there were a lot of people there.

As they made my sandwich I noticed one thing after another:
>Dirty containers and what not scattered throughout the kitchen. Due to the amount of people behind the counter, it was hard for them to get anything done. Containers were on the surface where sandwiches were made.
>In all my life, I have never seen so much plastic in a kitchen before. There is no soul, no way to really make something and be proud of it. Everything is prepackaged.
>Most workers just kinda did nothing, pretended that the state they were in was fine.

Now to the corporate sleezeball that will just blame thier franchise owner, who will blame thier managers, I would say that the issues mentioned above are definitely not symptoms of poor discipline, but of the nosyness and micromanagement that is obvious to see from a customer. The young lady manager was great, I blame the corporate systems that are in place.

The high brass of Jimmy John's need to do some soul searching.

Done with this location. Management seriously needs to consider administering drug tests or basic IQ exams because they can’t seem to get an order right. Even after asking the clerk to repeat my order (of one sandwich), they still got it wrong. An apology for my inconvenience? Nope. Was just told “it’s alright.” To think the kiosk prompts us for a tip blows my mind.

My boyfriend has been vomiting and frequenting the restroom since he ate there. This is the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever seen.

I usually have amazing service at this location both through the drive thru and inside. However, I stopped by tonight at 9:05pm since Google told me they’re open until 10pm. I saw 2 employees inside and no one answered the drive thru window and they looked like they were closing down the shop about an hour earlier than their listed hours. Needless to say I was pretty bummed.

Went in at 825pm and ordered the #13 extra large. Team members were all friendly and smiling. Two people behind the counter and one person in the lobby sweeping up literal crumbs. The place was absolutely spotless, freaky clean, front and back of house as far as you could see. My food came fast, accurate and delicious. 10/10 will come back to your outstanding location.
