This one was on North Alpine Grand Rapids MI and the fries were hot and fresh and lightly salted! The frappe machine stopped working, but an employee had it fixed in no time!! Most McDonald's have just told us their Frappe machine is down.

One of the workers scammed me out of my money, the price was $38.64 I’m sure I gave him the amount but after I gave him the money after I counted it and asked how much it was again to make sure I had the right amount he says I’m off $9, so I thought to my self maybe I didn’t count correctly and I’m just slow, I counted $9 and gave it too him, then he says that I am $5 off, ain’t no way I’m miscounted $15, so I go in talk to the manager about it and she goes and count what’s in the drawer comes back and says that everything in the drawer is correct count, I tell her ain’t no way he just asked for $9 then $5 more, mind you I had pulled out a big wad of cash when I paid and my girlfriend noticed how suspicious he was looking at it, but I asked the manager to check cameras and I doubt she did but she comes back with her phone calculator showing me that the Order was $38.64 that I have him $29 and was missing $9, so I asked what about the extra $5 that he said I owed and she walked to the back gave me $5 and apologized. I doubt he’s gonna get punished for bc it seemed like they had each others back but the lack of customer service, professionalism within the management and worker was poor and cannot be tolerated so I will report this to higher authorities, I can tell you that it will be my last time going to that location😡

This location is NOT 24H. They only do delivery orders overnight. Not entirely sure what time they actually close to normal diners but it'd be nice if they would turn the app ordering off or have some kind of distinction. Bit irritating when you work night shift and then have to wait 15 minutes for another location so you can use your rewards again as well...

In less than 1 week I got barely room temperature coffee on 2 separate mornings around 7 am. Employees are very nice.

I don’t know what it is about the specific McDonald’s but I think they just love to get bad reviews for some reason whenever I go to this specific McDonald’s I have nothing but issues not only with the employees but with even getting my order correct, for instance, the first problem that I had with them I came through the drive-through at 1:30 in the morning because it says this place is a 24 hour fast food restaurant when I pulled up to the window. The lady told me they were closed and that they weren’t serving anybody until 6 o’clock. Second instance that I have had with them, I went to order some food at the drive-through, a double cheeseburger with only ketchup, mayo, and cheese for some reason the guy who was taking my order, kept repeating ketchup, cheese, and onions I had to repeat my order the one specific sandwich at least five or six times and he still didn’t get it. I had to go through with a drive-through code because of the level of incompetence that the person at the register had. Third instance regularly go to McDonald’s and get McDonald’s food getting an extra cup of barbecue sauce is never been an issue when I asked for an extra cup of barbecue sauce she said technically I’m supposed to charge you, but I guess I can give you one. Half the time you guys don’t even remember to put the sauce in the bag to begin with that’s why I have to re-ask you can I get some barbecue sauce? If I could write the crew themselves, I’d say throw it all away get a new crew. This McDonald’s sucks.

The people that work here are so dense they can't understand ice cream in a cup. Literally the same thing as an ice cream cone but in a cup. They manager working today said I have to buy a sundae to get the ice cream in a cup. I am not paying for a sundae because I'm not getting any toppings. And it's for a 2 year old. I have done this many times. The manger says she's here now and they wont sell me ice cream in a cup unless I pay for something I'm not getting.

Placed a mobile order at 2:50 something because the app said dinner stops at 3:45. I get to the window, and they tell me there closed. I get if the app isn't correct, but dude, is it so hard to turn off the lights in the lobby and put up signs? Plus, this has happened twice now, and I've gotten two different answers as to why they do this. One said they were short-staffed, but the person tonight said it was because of their computers. The employees are liars and lazy.

Small location if you plan on dining in. Beyond slow especially anytime after 8pm. 20+ minutes twice trust me find a different location.
