Great meal. Fast, great service. Corey has excellent customer service skills and a great attitude, as did Kira. Very friendly, big smiles. Please pat their backs or give them an award or something for the great job they did for us today. I truly enjoyed meeting both of them.
This one was on North Alpine Grand Rapids MI and the fries were hot and fresh and lightly salted! The frappe machine stopped working, but an employee had it fixed in no time!! Most McDonald's have just told us their Frappe machine is down.
The best location in GR for a late-night McDonald's run. Night staff is top tier, the food always comes out at its best, they're quick, and they're enjoyable to interact with.
The other shifts are pretty average though.
