Went for the first time and we were pleased with the food, enough that we'll go back again and the service is excellent. Best we've had in a long time. The onion ring appetizer is huge! Enough for 4 people! Lots of homemade stuff here according to our server. Server explained charges on bill. Another server volunteered her help when she saw us bagging up our leftovers. Definitely try this place!

We stopped in the area for the night on a road trip and when it came to time for dinner, we wanted something we couldn’t find everywhere else. My gosh, this place delivered. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. Our waiter (which sadly I can’t remember his name) was amazing! He answered all our questions about the menu and suggested some amazing food. We got the smoked pork chop and the half chicken, both were very good. And there was live music. The musician was great and did some really great cover music with some humor added in. It was a great time and I would send anyone their way if they needed a good spot for food and good times.

I stop 1 time a week. Food is always good. The male bartender/ server with the gray pony tail is always on point. He brings energy to his job. Always up. Friendly. Most of the other's are not. More of him, less of them!

Had the olive burgers and its now my favorite one ever! I see how it won an award. No shortage of green olives on it thats for sure! When I want an olive burger this is where I'll be getting it from. I ate it with a fork and knife because it was huge and messy, but so delicious 😋.

Had the Perch dinner and the Perch was over cooked and had no flavor for $20 would expect more. Was brown and overfried couldn't believe they could serve this. The Olive berger was Great and salad 🥗. Also very loud if your have trouble hearing will cause issues, to many people in a small building.

The staff is usually amazing. The food is boring. They haven't changed the menu in years. The outside of the building is a dump. Sometimes the air works and usually it doesn't, so don't come when it's hot outside. It'll be hotter inside. The owner doesn't care either. He's had multiple complaints from staff and patrons, and his attitude is basically deal with it. There's black mold on the air ducting. The whole place needs a thorough and super deep cleaning.

The salad and the burgers are delicious. Honestly it's one of the best olive burgers in Grand Rapids Michigan and I'm picky. The building is old but gives it character.
