First time visit had the Hot Honey Fried chicken Olga and a shared snacker appetizer. Everything was good. Clean restaurant and good atmosphere.

Came for lunch and they were slammed. The head hancho (I assume), Bryce, came up and made sure we were doing okay. He was calm, kind, and even with everyone around remained calm.

Usually good, but they switched the salads to shredded iceberg lettuce so it’s really not worth the price anymore. Employees are very nice and have good customer service to fix any issues, so I appreciate that.

This was in fact my very first experience with Olga's. However, that being said it certainly will not be my last. Amidst a long and hard work day I decided to place an order for delivery. I tried using the mobile app to order without any measure of success. As a result, I had to use DoorDash instead. Ultimately, my order which was packaged securely was delivered promptly.
In addition, the food that I ordered (while a little pricey) was amazing. It's not something I could afford to order often. Yet still, when I have the extra money to spare I'm sure I will place an order again. This meal was just the fuel I needed to get through my work day. I only hope that the issues with the app/website can be resolved.

Right when I walked in the store was clean and very well organized. I was greeted by Alaysia at the register, she was so friendly and helped me take my order and helped answer my questions. I then was greeted by the manager, Jennifer. Jennifer is amazing! You can tell that she puts her heart into that store and truly cares about her employees. The food was delicious, I look forward to going back and ordering more food! Thankyou to Jennifer, Alaysia and then rest of the team for creating a great experience.
