The Quilt Show was fascinating as there is so much art and talent in each quilt. I am not a quilter but was very intrigued.

Chris did a great job! We showed up right before the pizza was done and he was super nice. Plus, everyone in the office loved the 24” pizza he made.

I have always liked their pizza and subs, this time in particular was really good! The 2 girls working did an excellent job. Didn't get their names, I'll find out next time I go back. Just wish they were open later.

For how much the pizza cost, it really isn’t consistent enough. $43+ for two 14-inch pizzas is okay, but not when it’s a total slop fest. Making pizza so greasy that the cardboard liner under it starts to turn to mush with the pizza isn’t quality nor appetizing.

If you’re going to charge that much, try and be a little more consistent.

I don’t think I have ever had a real issue with the service. Typical pizza joint, but all-in-all they’re good folks.

Got a deluxe pizza last weekend and was pretty disappointed. It was not at all what I was expecting compared to the pictures on their website and past experiences. Toppings were rough cut instead of diced, piled on, undercooked, and pizza was so soggy the moisture made it all the way through the bottom of the box and left a wet spot on the counter.

Please change your lunch special signs to say 11:30 instead of 11, since you aren’t open until then.

Update: I spoke with the owner, who you could tell cares deeply about the customers' experiences, and he explained how the mishaps occurred, such as not being able to provide a total or failing to include the free breadsticks that were offered over the phone. He reimbursed us for the breadsticks and the tip my husband left. Based on the quality of the food, we would have no problem ordering from here again.

We tried Palermo for the first time and when I called to place an order I asked if they do any specials, the girl told me they have a pizza that comes with free breadsticks. So I ordered that and a second 16in pizza and asked for the total so I knew what to expect when showing up. The girl told me she couldn't see the total which I thought was odd but said it would be around $40. To my surprise when we got there to pay it was $60, and a charge for the breadsticks (wouldn't have ordered if they didn't say they came free with the pizza as a special). $60 for two pizzas and a small breadstick is outrageous.

This is a pizza ordering and delivery business, no ‘atmosphere’ to judge! Ordering is simple and easy, and can be tailored to your specific needs. Still the only place in the area with a 24” that we are willing to drive and pick up ourselves (we are outside of their delivery area by several miles).

Ate here for the first time. We ordered two large pies and garlic butter. The pizzas were delicious!!! So good. They forgot our garlic butter though.

The delivery was right on time, even with the snow! Pizza was humongous and the cheese sticks were awesome too. Great taste and service! We will go again for sure
