Awfull experience they got my order wrong and said that it was my order and when I asked for a refund they accused me of yelling at her. If you eat here watch out for the lady with glasses she is awful.

Didn't get what I ordered in the drive-thru. Didn't know until I got home. This is the second time this has happen. And I don't live close by to be able to turn around and go back to make them redo the meal right.

I usually love Panda Express but this specific seems to get my order wrong almost every single time. I don’t know how they do it. If my order isn’t wrong then the food is lower quality than other locations. It honestly baffles me. I don’t go to this one anymore.

Okay so I know today is a Friday, I work in a busy fast food restaurant environment as a manager. i added notes on to not forget my sauces bc they always forget them just to not receive them at all. i ordered for pickup, am pregnant and was trying to eat before having to leave for work. this isnt the first time this happens at this exact location. now my rice is dry dry and all i can eat now is my meat. im very upset and you guys should take this seriously because theres no excuse to forget to add things a customer adds in their order.
Came in and waited 15 minutes for them to make more black pepper steak, never happened. They were busy making other things while we sat and waited for them to make food for the only people waiting to even be able to place an order.

Placed an online order and specifically ordered the large 12 rangoon's, and sweet and sour due to amount of people. When I arrived home realized they had put in a small order of three and no sauce at all. When calling to see if I could get a refund for just the rangoon’s I was told my only option is to drive all the way back to the store and get the nine missed. It would cost me more in gas to drive all the way back, so guess we go without.

Right On Track
I love the Orange Chicken from Panda Express - their signature dish! I also tried the new spicy bourbon chicken entree they had yesterday, and it tasted just great too. I'm back to being happy with this Panda Express location, things seem to have gotten better there vs. a couple years ago.
