We ordered 2 family meals to go, which included 6 entrees and 4 sides. The order was done on time, pickup was easy, and the food was delicious. We fed about 12 adults, and everyone was very satisfied and couldn't stop talking about how good everything was. We will definitely be ordering again in the near future.

Sister and i went thru the drive thru about 4:45pm last night. We ordered bowls with white rice and were told they were out if white rice but did have fried rice so we said ok. Got to the window and the girl said she was sorry to tell us this but they were out of fried rice too! Apparently they had just put together a catering order and it wiped out all the rice and it would be 40 minutes for more rice. Poor poor planning on the managers part! Catering orders are usually done in advance so you think they would have planned for it. We asked if there was something they could give us to make up for it and were told no,sorry. Needless to say we drove away very frustrated! An asian restaurant with NO rice- realky!?!

What happened to Panda? Went for a bowl of Kung Pao, got home with my order, starving. Opened the bowl to find a bowl of rice with a skim of Kung Pao Chix. Ugh!!!! So annoying and deceiving! Won't be back there plus it's so darn cold in the restaurant. That's why I did a take out.

I just ordered an online order through DoorDash and asked for orange chicken and steak and pay the EXTRA $1.80 for the pepper steak and they literally gave me 5 pieces of the stake and the rest was orange chicken they didn’t include any sauce for my teriyaki chicken or silverware/napkins. Really bad service

My girlfriend and I live in Traverse City but we drove to GR to try out this location. The food was good, except the chicken egg roll which was overcooked and disgusting. The ratio of chicken to rice was completely out of wack, with there being at least 1.5x more rice than meat. There was a homeless man harassing several patrons and none of the workers asked him to leave, plus none of the tables were wiped down.

we always get ours to go but the food is fresh and they have many options there the shrimp is my favorite people are so nice they greet you when you go in and its a great place to eat..
This Panda Express gave me food posioning for the last 6 days and counting, ruining what would have been a nice holiday weekend. Never again.

I had a great experience at Panda Express! Even though it was close to closing time, the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The orange chicken, white rice, and rangoons were all spot-on—crispy, flavorful, and clearly just made.
Jorge was especially impressive—he went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. It’s rare to get this level of care and quality so close to closing. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had at any fast-casual spot. Kudos to the team!

Bought the family box, the honey check was amazing as well as the noodles that my family ordered. I chose the beef and broccoli, and let me tell you there was maybe 2-3 pieces of beef and the rest just broccoli. Was disappointed, should've definitely gotten something else.
