Great Asian food quick and affordable. My family likes this place better than pf changs and it is less than half the price. The orange chicken is great and the beijing beef is a favorite. Both are crispy and good flavor.

I ordered a Family Feast from the Comstock Park Panda Express (Alpine Ave) on Oct 14, 2025, and my order was completely wrong. I ordered 1 white rice, 1 fried rice, and 3 orange chickens, but received 2 white rice, 2 fried rice, and only 1 orange chicken.
I called and spoke with Manager Alexis, who apologized and said to come back with my receipt and they’d “make it right.” When I returned the next evening, they only gave me the 2 missing orange chickens. No rice, no full replacement meal. That didn’t fix the problem, because Panda Express meals are meant to be eaten with both an entrée and a side. The original food went to waste, and now so did the replacements.
It’s like ordering a cheeseburger, finding out it’s missing the meat, and when you go back, they only hand you the patty. Sure, that’s what was missing, but it’s not a complete meal and it’s not good customer service.
Really disappointed in how this was handled. I’ve always liked Panda Express, but after this experience, I won’t be returning unless corporate makes it right.

Amazing food best Chinese food I have ever ate. The manager Marco is so amazing. A mistake was made he he was accommodating and very respectful. My first time having lo mein. I was surprised it was good. Egg roll good. The other foods I ate was amazing. I will definitely be ordering from panda Express on Alpine more often. It is the only Chinese place I will go to now.

We ordered 2 family meals to go, which included 6 entrees and 4 sides. The order was done on time, pickup was easy, and the food was delicious. We fed about 12 adults, and everyone was very satisfied and couldn't stop talking about how good everything was. We will definitely be ordering again in the near future.

Sister and i went thru the drive thru about 4:45pm last night. We ordered bowls with white rice and were told they were out if white rice but did have fried rice so we said ok. Got to the window and the girl said she was sorry to tell us this but they were out of fried rice too! Apparently they had just put together a catering order and it wiped out all the rice and it would be 40 minutes for more rice. Poor poor planning on the managers part! Catering orders are usually done in advance so you think they would have planned for it. We asked if there was something they could give us to make up for it and were told no,sorry. Needless to say we drove away very frustrated! An asian restaurant with NO rice- realky!?!
What happened to Panda? Went for a bowl of Kung Pao, got home with my order, starving. Opened the bowl to find a bowl of rice with a skim of Kung Pao Chix. Ugh!!!! So annoying and deceiving! Won't be back there plus it's so darn cold in the restaurant. That's why I did a take out.

I just ordered an online order through DoorDash and asked for orange chicken and steak and pay the EXTRA $1.80 for the pepper steak and they literally gave me 5 pieces of the stake and the rest was orange chicken they didn’t include any sauce for my teriyaki chicken or silverware/napkins. Really bad service

My girlfriend and I live in Traverse City but we drove to GR to try out this location. The food was good, except the chicken egg roll which was overcooked and disgusting. The ratio of chicken to rice was completely out of wack, with there being at least 1.5x more rice than meat. There was a homeless man harassing several patrons and none of the workers asked him to leave, plus none of the tables were wiped down.
