I love the Orange Chicken from Panda Express - their signature dish! I also tried the new spicy bourbon chicken entree they had yesterday, and it tasted just great too. I'm back to being happy with this Panda Express location, things seem to have gotten better there vs. a couple years ago.
Had a poor experience a couple weeks ago...called in to complain about missing food. Typical response about " we'll put in the book for a replacement next time you're in". Came in and showed receipt, explained we didn't just not have missing food but were charged for too much. Flash, the manager, replaced the missing food, comped an appetizer, and made it right. Accidents happen but he went above and beyond....will definitely come back to this location!!!
The guy who served up our food, "Flash" his tag said, was 100% friendly and helped perk up our day. Food is always the best! This time around food was a little cold but that isn't always the case.
