Absolutely loved the experience here. The ambiance was upscale yet comfortable, and the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Everything about the evening felt thoughtful and well executed. A wonderful choice for a special night out!!

Filet was phenomenal. Great sides including redskin mashed and brussel sprouts. Service was great. Prices reasonable for quality. This restaurant is a gem. Can’t wait to return.

My husband and I went last night. I made a reservation the day before. We got there on time on a Tuesday at 6:30. We stood at the door for 5 minutes or so before a young man (Marty) sat us.
Already seated were 2-8tops, 3-4tops. 1-2top and us. He left us a drink menu, prices were fair. I faced the bar, hubby faced the opposite way. Next door is the Mill Creek Tavern, popular local pub. Thought I heard the same owner as the steak house.
Marty was our server, he got drink orders 15 minutes after we sat down. There was another server, a girl, it was just them. The room seemed to be divided evenly as far as tables per server. Hubby ordered steak, I had a spinach salad and salmon. I was a server for 30yrs. I can see what the staff needs to do. First of all, the steak was very good, however not hot. Barely warm actually . Salad was fine, but my salmon was barely warm, the asparagus was barely warm as were his mashed potatoes. My husband would be embarrassed if I complained so I didn't. That being said, Marty and the other server made all their own drinks, bussed their own and each others tables. They carried out their own food and each other's food but not on trays where you could carry 4 meals. They carried one in each hand. Our plates were room temperature, not hot, food had been sitting back there long enough to cool off. In my experience, many restaurants have an 'expidator' or chef who gives the plates one last look before they go to the table. He is the one who yells at the server or food runner to get the plates out of the kitchen and to the table. Prime Steakhouse didn't have one last night. If there was a front if the house Mgr on, he/she didn't come to my table. Marty and the other server did their absolute best, no negative comments on the service I got. In my experience one more person would have made all the difference. That person would have sat guests, made drinks, poured wine, bussed tables, delivered food when it was hot. When I was leaving, the bar was stacked with dirty dishes and bar glasses. I would go back again and hope my experience would be better, a 2nd experience like this? Wouldn't go back

Food was excellent, reasonable prices for the quality of the meat (some semi-local and other smaller ranches in southern US). Many of the cuts of steak come with two sides, a choice of potato and vegetable. Bruschetta was a standout for the appetizers. Side salads are reasonably priced and dressing on wedge salad was fantastic. We ordered cocktails, which were not great, specifically the French 75 I ordered, which was listed on the menu, tasted like straight Tanqueray gin; maybe opt for something more botanical and be sure to use ample fresh lemon juice and prosecco. Service was pleasant, but it’s apparent they are still ironing out the flow with it being a newly opened establishment.

Been waiting to get together since they opened up. Warm inside, steak was very tender and a quality cut for sure. I would have been happy with the salad and an Appetizer, but glad we ordered everything. Server kept our drinks and water full all night. Thank you.

Expensive but well worth it! Everything was fantastic, from the bread, to the slab of bacon appetizer, to the ribeye steak. Not one thing was below 5 star. Perfect food and perfect service. It was the same price as downtown high end restaurant but worth it. I will absolutely be coming back.

Came here for my birthday in October and had one of the best steaks I've ever had. The service was amazing. The place is a little small so I would suggest making a reservation.

Ok, I usually do not write reviews. But I had to write one for this restaurant. I love steak, and am always looking for a good steakhouse. So we went to try Prime Steakhouse in Comstock Park. Unfortunately I was vey disappointed! I had the Porterhouse and wanted it cooked “medium” and it came out rare to medium rare. I thought it had a strong flavor. They put it back on the grill and did not come out much better. It looked like the steak was too cold when they cooked it and did not cook evenly and tasted like it was dry aged, but did not say that in the description. It was the worst steak I ever had at a “steakhouse” restaurant. I wanted to like it, because I love this type of place. I am afraid I will not go back! I hope others have a better experience!

Our second visit to Prime Steakhouse! The atmosphere is cozy local pub. Our waiter Marty was knowledgeable about the menu and just-the-right-amount of attentive to our needs. My petite filet was cooked to perfection; accompanied by lightly buttered grilled asparagus and a garlic house mashed potato.

Highly recommend a visit to Prime Steakhouse.

I would be doing everyone a disservice if I didn’t share how wonderful of a dinner expirence we had here tonight. Wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff and the food is over the moon delicious. We had a chance to speak with Scott Ingersoll (Owner and Chef) while we waited for our food and it was great to see the amount of passion he has for this place. A local steakhouse that delivers exceptional food and service at a reasonable price. If your looking to take your lady out for a nice meal or are simply craving a juicy steak Prime Casual Steakhouse will not disappoint.
