Breakfast burritos here are the biggest rip-off in all of fast food. There is nothing inside. They should take page out of Taco Bell’s book and price it accordingly. It’s a $1.50 item max. $3.49 is highway robbery. Oh, and don’t dare order a bacon breakfast burrito with extra bacon. You’ll pay $1.50 more and instead of 1 chinsey slice of bacon you get 1.5 chinsey slices of bacon. 😱

Literally some of the worst service I’ve ever had! It took 7 minutes for our order to be taken at the walk up, the woman taking out order had a horrible attitude! Once we ordered ( we only had 4 drinks, no food just 4 drinks) it took 25 minutes for them to bring out the order. They cleared the line in the drive through twice! My daughter asked how long our order would take to come out after the first time that the line was cleared to which the woman replied “you can obviously see that we are short staffed so hopefully soon” once our drinks finally. Came they were starting to melt. Needless to say very disappointed and definitely will not be back!

Awful experience. When we arrived, there was a line in the drive through, so we grabbed a stall and used the app to order. We waited almost an hour to get our food. So much for “fast food.” I love
Sonic but this makes me never want to visit this location again. It was quite an inconvenience. I’ve had similar experiences with this location in the past.

genuinely the worst sonic i’ve been too. staff are rude and entitled and literally takes 30 minutes for them to hand out one order. i worked in fast food for 3 years and this is unacceptable

I am not often inspired to write bad reviews, but felt the need to share my first time at Sonic. I ordered online, and it took 25 minutes after estimated time to recieve our order. We only received our food after a phone call to confirm we were still receiving food at all. Food arrived lukewarm, and it took another phone call to get our sauce packets. When we finally got home, we found out our Jalapeño poppers weren't in the bag. The only thing I would consider coming back to Sonic for was how good the Fritos burrito was. Buyer beware

Forgot to put half the stuff on my big dill burger, it came with 2 pickles and a bit of lettuce. We also got a plain cheeseburger, specifically mentioned no onions due to an allergy. Got home and opened it up to find onion bits wrapped up with the burger! Nice. The person who took our order was also SUPER rude and snippy when we asked for a sauce on side..? Only good thing was the fries but they aren’t worth going back for. First time was the last time

Both West Michigan locations are dirty and dumpy. I wouldn't ever go to them.
Had to wait to do a delivery for half an hour. After answering was told need to go to the patio because she would forget that I had 2 orders for pick up.Person I talked to was very rude and was told can't you see we are busy when I tried to ask a question. Door dash order

We ordered online. Got in the drive thru. Wait over an hour after hitting the speaker. That's when they must of made my chocolate shake. When I received at the windows it looked like chocolate milk. I kindly returned it to the windows person. Didnt receive a straw for my other drink. My fries were cold and soggy. They seem to be extremely low staffed. Where is the support of upper management or even the owner? They people were drowning. I feel bad for them. Order number was 1000307658943.
I would like a refund or my milkshake. Since I didn't receive it.
