I’m not one to usually leave a review, as i work in fast food as well, but i left this store extremely pissed off. I ordered online, then continued to the drive thru as there were no stalls to park in because they were all shut off. I ordered my usual, a blue coconut slush with easy sweet cream, and nerds. What i received was horrible. It was slushee base, absolutely no flavor, and the whole cup was filled with sweet cream, and no nerds… I let the girl know this isn’t what i ordered when i saw it and she said “well you ordered sweet cream” She had the worst attitude i’ve ever seen at a restaurant. I had to go through again and order my slushee and ive currently been waiting for it for 10 minutes.

We were in the drive through at two fifteen two twenty. Got up to the window and she gave us the order. On of the sonic blasts were the wrong order. She said I didn't take the order but it says oreo. I had ordered m and m. I asked if I could get the m and m one. She said I'm very busy and the receipt says oreo.. I told her I didn't order Oreo and I'm sorry but I'd like the m and m. She grabbed it and remade it. Shoved it out the window and was pissed off. I asked for my receipt which really pissed her off and refused. She said she would call the cops on us if we didn't leave the drive through. Strange reaction because I asked for a receipt. She could have asked us to pull forward, I would have waited. Anyway I get being busy and frustrated but that is not the way to treat a customer.

Maybe it's just alpine but the staff here were terribly rude. They were not friendly in any way or patient with taking my order. I left the drive thru and went to Sam's club for affordable food and kind people. We won't be coming back

The Fries were crinkled small and cold. The super sonic burger was luke warm. The Hispanic girl wasn't very friendly. First and last time at this place. Really $17.00 for junk food.

Our toppings on our burgers were all wrong. We couldn't order or pick up our online order at a stall and I would say their own record (see pic) for when they last cleaned the restroom is accurate.
I don’t normally write reviews but this was the worst experience I have ever had ordering at a place. There were not spots open to drive up to order so I went through the drive through. The woman working the drive through made me feel wait 10 minutes before even taking my order…it was busy so it’s fine, I can’t wait. But then I didn’t hear her for one thing and asked her to repeat herself and she got angry, started rushing me to finish, then when I got flustered and was trying to figure out what was ordered or not, started yelling at me. Then when I started getting frustrated, just told me to leave. I’m sure she was probably having a rough day or something, but the treatment I received was absolutely appalling.

Very bad experience only 2 women working and got all my order wrong and I asked for no onion and they say they dont put onion my whole hamburgers had so much onion. This sonic sucks dont waste your time and money here just go to McDonald's across the street at least the fries are better.
