I used the last of my passes today and we lasted less than 10 minutes. Another dog, Howie, whose owner was actually there but oblivious, kept stalking my dog aggressively and jumping and nipping at her unprovoked. The kennel attendant and other owner did nothing. I had to keep putting my body between my dog and the other dog to try and deescalate the situation until after a handful of times I decided to leave as my pass money lost is better than a vet bill. My dog Finley loves this place and the staff are all great. Nice to have somewhere indoors to escape the bad weather in Michigan!
We took Aki to The Pack today and 10/10 experience. They have food , beer and staff in every area for the dogs safety. There was a dog that kept humping Aki and they removed him from her area and put him inside . Everyone was so friendly highly recommend.
