My little terrier mutt and I love the Pack! The staff are welcoming and friendly with humans while still keeping a vigilant watch on the dogs and their play dynamic at any given time. I honestly prefer visiting during the work week when there are more dogs than people present. I’m confident that doggy daycare here is as good as it gets!Weighing in at 11 lbs, my 8 month old puppy is among the smaller members of the Pack. I am an anxious individual and “helicopter” pet parent, but they have managed to make me feel comfortable leaving him to order quite reasonably priced cheese bread and non-alcoholic beer. The staff make an effort to learn the quirks of each dog and pay attention to behavioral cues that even their owners can miss. In my experience, they are always gentle and fair.The Pack staff consistently demonstrate that they value building relationships with the dogs and humans alike to ensure a hospitable and safe (not to mention clean and playful) environment.

Such an amazing experience to see our dogs playing so well with new friends! Staff is all really friendly and helpful. And considering a bunch of dogs are running around constantly, the place feels pretty clean. The bar food is good, too.Restrooms: Public, single restroomsDog-friendliness: It’s for dogs, but you don’t have to have one to grab some grub.

My husband and I loved The Pack initially, for our dog who has a high energy drive. However, we came to find out, their customer service is horrible; they were extremely rude and insensitive to not only us but our pet. It is a shame because the concept is there but unfortunately, they’re lacking in compassion and care.

Our baby loves the daycare. Everyone is so sweet and the report cards and pictures we get are the highlight of our day, aside from our puppy being tuckered out!

Best dog park in GR. Suprisingly good food for a dog park, great local craft beer and a friendly staff with a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

Love this place. When I first heard the idea of an indoor dog park I wasn't so sure...tried it out and my dog loves it and it's a great way to get his energy out especially in the winter months. The ambience is friendly and a way to chat with other dog lovers. There are nice events e.g. Halloween, trivia nights, Christmas/Santa. Also we have used the Pack for day care and they send pictures and updates about how the day went!

Also we have used the Pack for day care and they send pictures and updates about how the day went! There is no overnight dog watching but we use the Pack for the daytime daycare when we need it. I didn't know at first that the main bartender is actually part of the family owned business. They split all tips equally between people working (including people outside with the dogs). Indoor Full bar and bar food (french fries, chicken fingers, quesadillas, pizza and sandwiches). The food and drink area is a "no dog" area so if you have a human guess with you who doesn't want dogs jumping on them etc they can sit in the bar area and not worry about that. Drinks are welcome back with the dogs, the food you can eat in the bar area. Overall we go on a regular basis. One of my dog's favorite words is "the pack" and he runs to the back door to get in the car. I could list the "cons" but there are enough pros ... I don't know why there are some 1 star ratings on here as the reasons people write don't make sense e.g. there weren't other small dogs one day someone went...and another person thinking it was too small of a play area which makes little to no sense...this is the first place like this in West Michigan. - Dan and Hash :-)

The Pack is wonderful. The staff is terrific, friendly, and help keep order. All dogs are vaccinated and usually behave pretty well. We are there a couple times a week. They have a wide range of draft beers, cocktails, cans. And surprisingly, their food is pretty good, and not just for a dog park.
