Love this place. When I first heard the idea of an indoor dog park I wasn't so sure...tried it out and my dog loves it and it's a great way to get his energy out especially in the winter months. The ambience is friendly and a way to chat with other dog lovers. There are nice events e.g. Halloween, trivia nights, Christmas/Santa. Also we have used the Pack for day care and they send pictures and updates about how the day went! There is no overnight dog watching but we use the Pack for the daytime daycare when we need it. I didn't know at first that the main bartender is actually part of the family owned business. They split all tips equally between people working (including people outside with the dogs). Indoor Full bar and bar food (french fries, chicken fingers, quesadillas, pizza and sandwiches). The food and drink area is a "no dog" area so if you have a human guess with you who doesn't want dogs jumping on them etc they can sit in the bar area and not worry about that. Drinks are welcome back with the dogs, the food you can eat in the bar area. Overall we go on a regular basis. One of my dog's favorite words is "the pack" and he runs to the back door to get in the car. I could list the "cons" but there are enough pros ... I don't know why there are some 1 star ratings on here as the reasons people write don't make sense e.g. there weren't other small dogs one day someone went...and another person thinking it was too small of a play area which makes little to no sense...this is the first place like this in West Michigan. - Dan and Hash :-)

Not only is this an amazing place for my dog to come, run around and play. It’s an amazing place for me! So many fun drinks with helpful, kind staff, as well as delicious food.10/10 recommend if you are looking for great priced, beautiful drinks as well as snacks and food! Highly recommend the sangria, mimosas and the buffalo chicken egg rolls!

Advertising as a dog friendly place to eat and drink, but you need to show proof of shots and vaccinations to enter. My puppy is 11 weeks old and they turned us away after driving 15miles to eat here. I had the puppy adoption paperwork with me (just so happened) that showed he had already started his first shots and temperament series that consists of 3 shots at age 8w, 3m, & 1yr old. Since my fur buddy don’t have the shots completed or a rabies shot (that they can’t receive until 14-16weeks and that also requires a series that is completed at age 1). They should really include that puppies and dogs under the age of 1 are not allowed and that paperwork must be shown to get food or drink with ur pup. #MadAboutIt

The layout of the park doesn't make sense - you have to go through several gated areas that are shared, and they insist on one dog at a time in case a dog is "leash reactive." If your dog is leash reactive, you shouldn't be coming to this kind of place.I planned on getting dinner and a drink here but due to this ridiculous policy and a line of incoming dogs, I was trapped in the outdoor area for an extended period of time. The play area is sooo small and smelly. This place is likely popular due to it being the only indoor dog park in the area. If you've been to any other park with a comparable concept, you'll see this is one of the worst parks. I won't be back and would not recommend.

Dog-owner here using their Dog Park services. They also have a bar/food service as well as doggy daycare here. I've taken my 9-month old bernedoodle to The Pack a couple now because she's had so much fun each time! I noticed taking her on weekdays before 5-6 pm was bit more chill since theres mostly the daycare dogs. My high-energy pup got along with all the regulars though! There's plenty of staff supervising the pups and isolating any doggos for a few minutes if they get barky or play too rough. The staff are very professional and very familiar with all the regular dogs. They also will match up dogs based on personality if some dogs are shy or whatever. Never seen any dogs get aggressive with any visitors or other dogs since I've been there. Open to anyone who doesn't have a dog too. The fenced outdoor area is very spacious and on hot days they make a little kiddy pool for the dogs to splash in!

This place is awesome! They hosted a party to honor Pleasant Hearts Pet Food Pantry and everybody that brought an item for the pantry was entered into a drawing for a gift card. There are indoor and outdoor areas for the dogs to mingle which is fully fenced in with a safe gate setup to prevent any escapes. They serve food- with vegan options! - as well as alcoholic beverages. The staff, especially Rachel one of the owners, was very friendly and welcoming. If you want to go and get something to eat and drink and just watch the dogs charging around there is no entry fee. Check it out to get your dog-watching fix!!,

This review might be a little different than the others here, as I went to The Pack as a non dog owner. Our neighbors take their two dogs there and asked if Nate and I wanted to join one day. We both love dogs and dog watching, so of course we said yes! I'd heard of this place when they first opened and thought the concept was interesting - an indoor/outdoor dog park with a bar and food. When we arrived, our neighbors checked in their two dogs and Nate and I looked around. The indoor space is pretty big and the bar area is nice. We got a couple drinks at the bar and went into the inside area to watch the dogs playing - there were quite a few dogs there on a Sunday afternoon, so we got to pet lots of cute pups. They have staff members who will come over and break up groups of dogs if things get too rowdy. I noticed that most of the dog owners were pretty hands off but most of the dogs were getting along well. There are tennis balls to throw and water bowls for the dogs. Employees are quick to clean up spilled drinks (holding an open container around a lot of dogs running around means you may spill some of your drink) and any p*** or pee. The outside area is pretty small, with some turf and a patio area with pea gravel. The turf area smelled terrible as I assume it's full of pee and the trash can for p*** bags seemed full. It was a sunny day so a lot of people were out there, but I found it really unpleasant. Inside was great, it didn't smell at all. The bar is stocked and you can get cocktails, draft beer, seltzers, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks. The food menu includes fried bar food snacks, flatbreads, pizza, and subs. Membership to The Pack is required for people visiting with dogs - they have a 5 visit punch card for $34 or a monthly or annual unlimited visit membership. They don't have a single day visit option, which I thought was a little inconvenient. They also do doggie daycare - full day or half day. People without dogs like us can visit for free anytime! And as their website says, it's not weird.

I accidentally left 4 stars! I'm not sure why! I like to right what is wrong. This place was so much fun!!

I love taking Mr. Miller here. Friendly staff and a great food/bar selection. The daycare option is also quite nice!

Nova and I love coming here, she always has lots of fun. Having the staff around to help monitor is great and they are all so kind. The indoor and outdoor spaces are clean and I like that Nova doesn't get dirty. We now have the membership so we come a couple times a week; nova plays and I grab a drink. Highly recommend.

My pup Arwen and I love the staff at The Pack! They treat us with care and respect. The bar and food are also a great addition to our visits! Thanks so much for offering a fun and safe place for my pup!

What a great place! The owners were wonderful, a family owned joint that welcomed us with a couple of delicious bloody Mary's and we got to watch our dogs meet the locals! I wish that the outside was a little bit more spacious but hey it's the Midwest... with the cold seasons taking up most of the year the investment in a big indoor space is crucial! The staff was also very kind and did a good job watching our 2 huskies which can be a handful at times. 5 stars guys! We will be back and look forward to the success of this new business.

This place is awesome. The staff are super friendly and on top of it. The place is spotless and the bar is the best part. Of course all dogs don't get along so that happens once in awhile. Go check this place out! Highly recommend.

We LOVE the pack! The facility is beautiful (and so clean), the food and drinks are great, and we love the staff. Our dog Annie has done day care a few times and we've taken her to run around and hang out often. She loves playing with the other dogs and always comes home sleepy and happy She doesn't do great in the heat, so I am very thankful for an air conditioned option this summer. We have the year membership and would defiantly recommend, but they also have punch cards and monthly passes for those not looking to commit to the year.

This place is great! Clean environment, friendly staff that are well trained with dogs. The staff interact and watch the dogs which is unlike any other dog park I have been too. They also serve food and drinks, which is an added bonus. Highly recommended!!!
