Waited for dry burgers that were all cold worst burger I have ever had in my life . Fries were ice cold unsalted absolutely awful food .not sure what we were waiting on cause nothing was even warm .

Tried going to this location after putting in my order as it allowed me to still do that, and when I got to the drive-through it said closed for the night in paper. I understand if you don’t have the staffing but at the same time, you should probably turn off your mobile ordering so this doesn’t happen.

Our fries were missing and we didn’t know until we drove away. The baby was crying LOUDLY the whole time at the drive-up, so it was a quick but chaotic stop! We were very happy to be able to get a free fries on our next trip. Thanks!

Apologized for short staff. Pleasant guy at window. Disappointed with old lettuce on my Wendy's single. Tasted iffy and no crunch. Limp lettuce. Yuk
Placed an order for pickup at the drive thru through the mobile app. A half hour later my order wasn't even ready to begin with so I had to wait for like 10 minutes. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches one was a classic sandwich and one was Asiago ranch chicken sandwich. After I get home one chicken sandwich was correct but the other one was completely wrong and it just had lettuce and mayo slapped on there. When I called the store the guy on the phone was defensive and rude and didn't even care. What a waste of time and money on top of that the fries were cold. Just awful don't ever do any business at this location of wendys they are horrible.
