Placed an order for pickup at the drive thru through the mobile app. A half hour later my order wasn't even ready to begin with so I had to wait for like 10 minutes. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches one was a classic sandwich and one was Asiago ranch chicken sandwich. After I get home one chicken sandwich was correct but the other one was completely wrong and it just had lettuce and mayo slapped on there. When I called the store the guy on the phone was defensive and rude and didn't even care. What a waste of time and money on top of that the fries were cold. Just awful don't ever do any business at this location of wendys they are horrible.

This is the first time in a long time this food and service was actually decent. I have been so grossly annoyed with this place because it was always something. From stale buns, horrible service, and saying they just cleaned the frosty machine with 2 hours before they closed on a mobile order, and plenty more, I was done. I didn't have a choice today and the convenience took me there. Even though the food was delayed, it was only because they dropped the chicken nuggets right when i arrived to pick it up, which is worth it by the way, especially on a to go order. I haven't seen that employee there before. He at least communicated the delay AND why. He was very polite when he did so, unlike previous ones I have encountered. Hopefully this is a change for the better. Time will tell. Thank you for your help tonight.

This will be our last time visiting this location. Not only was the staff extremely slow, they were not concerned at all with what they were doing. The kid running the cash register had hair that ended up hanging over his face, didn’t give us our change, and didn’t give us what went with our order. When told there were no napkins, the girl standing there from the gas station next door filled them for him. The tables were dirty, counter dirty and the entryway and carpet throughout was absolutely disgusting!! 🤮 I love Wendy’s but will never visit this location again. If I could give negative stars I would. Gross!!

The staff literally don't care. They give zero effort into the food and service. I've asked for food and am definitely not being a Karen, but you should be able to put together a simple order.

You know how you go through drive through thinking that you got everything until you get to the window and realize you don't have anything to drink but they wanted me to go through the drive-thru again instead of just making a purchase at the window

Bill Stoffers, the fact that you went out of your way to take 16 photos of a Wendy's fast food restaurant is honestly quite sad. No Wendy's I've gone to has ever marked the packaging to be able to tell sandwiches from each other. It is common sense to just open the packages and see which is which, if that is to much work then again, that's on you. To take time out of your day to be so negative about a FAST FOOD restaurant is very concerning. You should try to focus on family and friends rather than a poor Wendy's employee.
