I am a loyal customer. I Went to use a coupon for 2 for 7$ chicken premium nuggets and a chicken sandwich and got told that coupon hasn't worked for over a year so i needed to pick something else. They did nothing to help.

Terrible. The disrespectfulness of the assistant manager when I simply asked for a burger to be remade. The burger was raw. I picked it up 3 minutes after the online order I place. Burger was undercooked by a lot. Got the replacement specified no Swiss cheese no tomato could even follow them simple instructions. Never going back to here. Pathetic.

It was a decent meal and a clean, safe place to eat. It is right off the expressway ramp and easy to find. The owner/manager was right in the mix with the youthful staff making sure things were going well yet he was kind and patient with them. Neat to hear him talk to kids like that in what was their first real job. Well done!

The service was quick. Staff was polite. Facility was clean. The sandwiches were very messy. Way too much sauce on both. The shakes weren't as thick as most places. Not sure if that is standard.... Just Sayin'
