This biggby is good, I just wish that when you ordered a bagel and asked for cream cheese to be put on the bagel they actually did it. I asked for this in the drive through and ended up with the cream cheese in the bag. how can I put that on, while I am driving. This happens all the time at this particular biggby, which is frustrating

This location is EXTREMELY slow in the drive thru. It’s actually quite unacceptable. Don’t ever stop here if you’re on your way to work or in a hurry, you’re better off with McDonald’s. Drinks and food are fine. I really wish they had gluten free food other than a brownie because I don’t usually want sweets.

Love this place. Give order loud & clear, have clerk repeat order back. Check special order bragals etc. when received. Egg frequently omitted. Rather noisy & hard for them to hear as cash register is in front of take out window. Food A+, friendly, efficient service. ♡♡♡♡♡
Whole milk makes a better latte. The coffee service has been steadily good and reliable for several years, now. Great staff. A cozy fireplace would be really nice in there. More gluten free food options would be wonderful. The new gf chocolate brownie is really good.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free chocolat brownie. It is served wrapped in plastic, so there isn't any cross contamination.

I got an iced mint mocha, when my drink was handed to me there was almost no ice in it and I did not ask for light ice. My drink was so watered down and had almost zero flavor. 😬
