Bagel was barely toasted, my meat was cold, cheese was not melted, and I paid for extra cream cheese just for them to only put it on one side. The coffee wasn’t even good. Do not go here.

I would like to first make known that we live within very few miles of a couple Biggby Coffee Shops....We choose to drive to Coopersville for a latte (any coffee drink) they are always consistant, always taste like it should, (not watered down) flavored to perfection. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, when we have a question. We will always be willing and happy for the ride.

I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and received a bagel with bacon, ham and No egg??? Not that hard.

The person taking my order made my order confusing and it was only 1 simple drink, nothing fancy. And we still got the wrong drink which was disappointing but after the oddness of just trying to order the drink in the first place no way was I going in to have it fixed.
