Today's lunch for 4 of us was perfect. 2 philly quesadilla, pressed Cuban and a lake trout basket. OMG.... all of it was delicious.Sat in the Back and our waitress was awesome. 5 star in every way!

The menu says they used mayo on their burgers and they put salad dressing aka miracle whip. It tasted terrible. It's completely different from mayo. They need to get it together update the menu or use actual mayo.

Even though I've lived in Coopersville for going on 9 years, I've only been to Champs 1 time other than today. I tell you, I have been missing out! My daughter and I decided to go there for lunch. We picked a table outside on their patio, which is cute, quaint and secluded. However, we were greeted immediately by our server who suggested we take a table indoors because of more than normal Bee's had been hanging around. That was super appreciated because I happen to be really allergic to them. Our server was the absolute best! She was energetic and fun! It was a slow time for the place and it was awesome to be able to chat with her. Personally, she is my kind of people which made our interactions even better! The entire service was quick and our food came out so fast, I had to give it a few minutes to cool. I ordered the fried mushrooms and my daughter got mozz sticks and the Reuben sandwich. Do I even have to say the food was delicious!? It was. If you haven't tried Champs Bar & Grill, I really can't recommend it enough. The service is incredible and the affordable food is amazing! You'll love the atmosphere! Trust me, I'm a former server and bar tender. ❤️?Parking: Plenty of open parking in back with rear entry. The front parking is less open because it's located on a small town street that's shared with other businesses.

Seriously the seats in the booths are tore up and they don't replace them? Makes it seem kind of trashy. We were there in the early evening and they were not busy but couldn't figure out where to seat us ? the food was so so but it didn't matter because once I used the restroom I just wanted to get out of there!! Now remember the place was not very busy but the bathroom had not been cleaned in a while! There were black marks all over the wall and they had an unusually large trash can and it was full ?? it was just gross!!
