I ordered pizza online. Seriously large pizza for 10$ and on my receipt it say large pizza with no topping and **butter cheese crust** when online I order with pepperoni and butter cheese crust as for the crust!!
Anyway since there was no topping listed. You guys assume we wanted cheese pizza. YOU SHOULD NOT ASSUMED!!
Terrible service tonight! Had to call in order because online wasn’t allowing me to do certain things, person on phone couldn’t answer questions or figure out how I could do fundraiser coupon online. Had almost $40 order, messed up one pizza (right in receipt, not on pizza). Had to wait while redid it, never offered anything for the mixup/having to wait while everything else got cold. Our young lady that delivered our pizza tonight was working her butt off and pregnant on top of it! She had great customer service!
